I lost all credibility because it’s principle? Ok when I become concerned about your opinion I’ll let you know. -

If this 200 is hurting you that bad stop gambling.
Ps if they don’t and it’s not your fault, I’ll be the first to bad mouth them with you.
But seriously think your good.
Bad timing with these games today however.

I don’t care if it’s $200, $2k or $20k. These guys can’t get their story straight, can’t fix a simple issue. Heritage & Bookmaker don’t have these issues and I’ve played with them 20 yrs.
YouWager is subpar in my opinionLeave a comment:

Yeah three days to fix a small issue? Are they using Dominon software?Leave a comment:

Lol. Trust me youwager is not trying to steal your $200. They have been a top book since offshore began. I guarantee they will fix it for you if it was a tech error. No doubts. I have played there for 15 years with no issues.Leave a comment:

I appreciate this assistance, I filed the documents. I don’t see a place to upload emails, etc but I have them if needed. I don’t want other players making the same mistake and playing with them at this point.Leave a comment:

I don’t believe they are stealing your money.
Maybe somebody borrowed it to purchase a Turkey.
Seriously I’m sure it will be fixed.
Sorry you are frustrated but trust me that money will not be stolen.Leave a comment:

Hi Idontstopwinning,
Can you please submit your account # in a complaint form so we can ask a manager to look into your situation?Leave a comment:

JJ, I’ve been patient for three days. Not to mention JP hadn’t even sent an email to do anything according to Edward. All calls are recorded.Leave a comment:

Stay Away from YouWager!
My problems with YouWager started two days ago. While playing blackjack on their classic version my available balance went from $367 to $79 and then $129. I immediately reached out to them. Dante their Casino Manager got to the bottom of it and they fixed my account.
Yesterday when I logged in to my account I noticed they had removed the Ravens game but never credited the money back. They said they would look into it and fix it.
In the interim I deposited and additional $193 because I had a few plays in NCAAB I wanted to put in. I lost one, pushed another and won one. They arbitrarily kept that money.
I called again last night and asked why? I spoke to JP and he said they would have the technician’s look at it and it would be fixed by tomorrow(today). I log into my account and nothing is fixed.
I called again this morning and spoke to Edward. Edward said JP did nothing, their are no emails about fixing anything and now he would have technicians look into it it could take all day and maybe by tomorrow.
I took screen shots of everything, I have emails, theses guys are cheats and they will steal your money. It’s happening to me, oh and by the way when you call to get what could be an issue they will not fix it.
In my opinion YouWager is at best a D rated book.Leave a comment:

You know what I just remembered, not sure if this changes anything with my issue. I did bet all the freeplays first in my account which made my account go between $3000-$3500, then after that technically I was betting with the freeplay cash winnings that they voided out, which could be considered the freeplay money for the bets that lost. Either way I'm happy to try and do what you said to have them just void all bets on the account to get it back to the original deposit. I will submit a new complaint today. Thanks for your help.Leave a comment:

Thanks for your help.Your bets always count against your cash balance first anyway, but in cases where a bonus is cancelled any betting with those funds is cancelled as well.
If you PM me a copy of your exact betting history post deposit I can verify the calculation for you, but from experience I'd be 90% sure YW got it correct.
I understand it sucks to lose wins when you feel like you did nothing wrong but if I thought arguing for the bonus wins would work, I'd say so.
You can still keep going arguing that way if you want though. Just do a new complaint form and try to keep it clear and concise.Leave a comment:

Just to reconfirm, the only reason they are voiding your bonus bets is because you had a betpop account right?Leave a comment:

OK, that's a lot clearer now.
Technically if your cash bets lost and they have a valid reason to cancel the bonus bets, that $200 result is fair industry practice.
But given the "confusion" over your eligibility for the bonus I think it would be reasonable to ask Youwager to consider showing some goodwill and cancelling all betting from that deposit and reset your balance to the original amount.
If you think that would be satisfactory, I'd suggest submitting a new SBR complaint form asking specifically for that.
Can't guarantee anything, but if YW can verify what you say about CS giving you bad info, I'd be hopeful that would look at that idea favorably.
I've sent you a PM about where to email a copy and I will follow up for you.Leave a comment:

Well this was said over the phone when I talked to them. I can't really say word for word but I can try and do my best. They are using some rule about me having an account at Betpop getting freeplays there, then having an account at Youwager and getting a freeplay with them. So because that my freeplay winning are nullified and my non free play bets which lost to bring my balance to $200. There is a problem with this story because the guy I spoke with on the phone said I'm free to play with them but not allowed to have any bonuses, instead he lied to me and my account was closed back- so basically I never had a shot at winning in this place only to lose my deposit, so why should my freeplays that won get nullified then my cash bets which were after get added in also as losses if my account is closed.
Not only was I lied to about being able to have accounts at both places when I asked Betpop but they are using that rule(Which is nowhere to be found anywhere) to make my balance $200. To be honest if they never told me I could have accounts at both I wouldn't have even made the deposit. Also I've played at places like 5dimes and Betonline no real issues ever.

FYI: I filed a complaint with SBR on October 12th. I received the automated response for the complaint form, but nothing else. Followed up on October 18th by email and still haven't heard anything.
I think we can agree that anyone who doesn't participate in the process doesn't deserve to get their dispute resolved. But the original point of this thread is that these guys are not following the procedures laid out on their own website by limiting withdrawals to $2k every 10 days. This is outrageous for an "A" sportsbook, and SBR should either get YouWager in line or lower their rating, in my opinion.
I will call whoever they want me to call in order for me to get my money at a reasonable pace. I'll send 100 selfies, I'll do a video call, I'll even send a DNA sample. I want this resolved and am willing to participate.Leave a comment:

"They are using the freeplays won in your account and your normal bets you made lost which brings your balance to $200"
OK, so they did give you some sort of justification that $200 was the correct amount by the sounds.
Do you want to post their words and let me see if it sounds valid or not?
You can also deal with this via the dispute procedure instead of here if you want.

Yes, it looks like it was others more than you turning into an SBR has to do something here.
Anyway, I am not going to rehash that and am not the one responsible for your case. Do what I said in post #28 and see how you go. Both SBR and Youwager are on the same page as far as not touching player deposits, so I am suspicious that you are just harping on with the $200 thing and not telling the full story of why only that much.
Is that fair? How can I do wrong with just this stuff? How am I not entitled to my $1000 back? Please tell me how suspicious this stuff is?Leave a comment:

Okay, but what I mean is, at some point the SBR case manager must have told him to follow through with the call first, right? I assume this is the case because, if that request wan't made, then how could Quarius possibly know that's what the SBR case manager was waiting on? Meanwhile, it appears Quarius is saying that request from the SBR case manager never happened. These are the breakdowns which are so frustrating to follow because I want to believe both of you. And yes, he's a little salty now, but if there truly was a communication problem, I think we all would understand why he feels that way.
Maybe you're right - that it is too late, and this relationship is broken beyond repair. I just wish things like this could be sorted out earlier in the process. I hate seeing this. His case sounded legitimate, and if so, the big sportsbook got away with another shady move over one of its customers.Leave a comment:

So I just went back and read all of my posts in the original thread and not once have I said anything bad about SBR in it. There is 4 full pages of thread and I didn't even mention SBR until the 3rd page asking "if you guys think SBR can help me".
What else do I have to do to just get this to calm down? Isn't this a public forum what am I doing wrong here?

You're best to try and deal with this through the complaint procedure. If you reply to the email with the original copy of your complaint form in it, it goes to the manager of the dispute agents. Ask him if he can get a senior YW manager to review what went on.Leave a comment:

This case is very frustrating.
Whether it's been 6 weeks or a year Youwager doesn't have the right to keep OP's money. You should call Youwager and tell them what's going on. If they still refuse to give you your money come back here and report it.Leave a comment:

Wow you keep saying they told me to call and speak to some guy. They haven't said to call and speak to any specific person. What do I have to say to get you to understand you just misunderstood what was said somewhere along the way.Leave a comment:

Youwager asked him to do it. He has the number.
He spoke about it himself in the original thread.
It sounds like his chance at that route has expired now though, based on how he says Youwager are treating him (if true...).
I really do not want to entertain/help this guy any more. As you can see above, it's a constant smear on SBR he goes for and we put up with it for several pages until it became obvious he was not going to make the call needed to move forward. How the hell is it SBRs fault he is suspicious and needs to answer some questions?! And why does anyone even want us to try and tell them to stop investigating him.
I originally spoke with one of the managers on the phone already, he thinks $200 is the right way to deal with this.
I don't think I have said anything bad about SBR here, actually I did have trust for you. What did I say to smear SBR? How is saying I don't get a response back a smear? Maybe other people came in to speak bad but where is all this bad stuff coming from me?Leave a comment:

Quarius,
It sounds like there is a phone number you need to call to provide some info and you will be paid. This sounds pretty reasonable. Just get this number from SBR or Opti and call them and let us know what happens.
I want you to get paid and so does everyone else on this thread. It sounds like if you put out a little more effort you will get your money.
However, if you aren't even willing to make a phone call then I have no sympathy for you.Leave a comment:
