Thank you. Today they emailed me again asking for patience and "be confident your bets will be processed (aka voided and I get my 10 000 € back), it just takes time". I assume they have some liquidity issue and want to pay me, but cant afford to do so currently.

If your bets were on the exchange and not at Pinny you can and they will speak to you. But you'll probably need the exchange sub account number used for your bets.

Asian Connect have not left players shorted when they have lost other book accounts in the past, so hopefully they will be good to their word again now.

Betting Agent - Odsy88.com - Sport Odyssey - Paying out but extremely unreliable

I've been using this betting agent for quite a while, but recently I've been getting worried about using this agent, they have become extremely unreliable - here are some examples from my own recent experience with them:

• They tell you the relevant person in charge of your deposit is on a break so they will process it several hours later (after you've sent the crypto to them).
• On so many occasions, if you wish to deposit or withdraw with them they will claim they have technical issues with their bank/blockchain, it happened simply so many times, I haven't had one single experience recently where things went smoothly with these guys - always, always having problems.
• They require you to receive a SMS to approve a withdrawal - last time I did it I've never received it - eventually they sent me the code via WhatsApp but I had to wait quite a while to get it done - and even then the withdrawal wasn't processed immediately but they told me they would inform me via email once it's done (it was done eventually but nothing felt like things are going smooth with them).

On the plus side, they barely charge you any commissions (i.e. in comparison to Bet-IBC they are far better) however I am not sure what is so wrong with their operations recently, so I'm creating this thread in order to share my experience and raise awareness.

OrbitX Account Permanently Closed By Upline

My OrbitX account was permanently closed by the Upline.
Asianconnect stated they were not given any specific reason
for the closure.

Would I be able to open another OrbitX account at another
Agent or is this a waste of time and am I permanently black listed?

Are there any other options for using Betfair White Labels?

Dude piwi was already shut down months ago. No exchange service. jjgold piwiden had already told us to stay away.

Have you heard of or seen an instance where they suddenly ask for KYC docs after a good winning streak? If everything is legit, will they pay or find some excuse to get out of paying?

I have been using odsy88 they are an agent for Orbit Exchange which is a betfair clone. So for decent customer service. They only take bitcoin. Havent had a big withdrawl yet but i think it will be ok based on reviews here.

You should be able if you use a different agent, and maybe a different email as well.
After agents/broker exist just for that reason.

Sadly I have noticed that ORBIT have considered all these three bets as lost. However in the official statistics of UEFA's webpage,as you can see in the attached link, the total shots on target were exactly 8.

PS: I am playing at Orbit via BetInAsia. I contacted with them and they just said that they cannot do anything to help me, since this is a decision of the bookies, which means that every single scam bookie can manipulate the official statistics of a game in his favour and against the player...

from a quick look, i see skysports and sofascore have the total chances at 4 & 3 for 7 total. espn also has it at 4 & 3. so based off that, it seems the stats you are looking at are incorrect.

normally it shouldn't matter, as far as I can see, based on the rules:

■ Markets will be settled as set out in the Market Information and/or the Specific Sports Rules.
■ Where the Market Information or Specific Sports Rules do not specify how and on what basis a market will be settled, markets will be settled on the official result of the relevant governing body regardless of any subsequent disqualification or amendment to the result (except if an amendment is announced within 24 hours of the initial settlement of the relevant market in order to correct an error in reporting the result).

Market information for past events aren't visable on the website anymore, but unless it specified that a site like ESPN or so will be used, it should be UEFA which counts.

Edit: but according to this, they use a service called "Opta" to settle "Shots on Target" bets. So if this is also what it said in the market information, it's their result which counts

I think most brokers like Betinasia warn that they will not argue bet settlements for you.

Just go to Betfair support and ask them to explain why the official UEFA site stats are not being honored and go from there.


What I would do is check the time of the Shot EUFA list and Opta do not. Then watch the video at that time and work out who is correct before deciding the next step.

if Opta have it wrong, then you will need to contact them to correct the data. No one else will do anything unless they do as these bets are settled based on the source data, not reality.

good find. i learned a while ago that alot of books have their official random scorer they like to go to.. and they do not care what, or how many places, you present to them. once i saw the first 3 boxes with 7 shots total, i knew whatever scorer they were using had 7 as well.

I just checked, and there are "Shots on Target" markets available for the Premier League matches. The market rules for those clearly say that OPTA will be used - so I guess it's safe to say that the rules were the same for Nations League.

I used them heavy last year never an issue outside of a deposit delay once in a while. They go on break for an hour or so in the morning that was my biggest complaint.
