there was no grading to begin with. I woke up and the bet was void. At that moment the match was still in progress, in the evening they pulled this surprise saying would be graded. Which doesn't make any sense, what if I wanted to trade the match?
In the previous response they meandered about having put up a double market for the match or something along the lines.

20 years betting with betfair I literally never had a voided match graded after match was over, never.
So I find it very hard to believe this is on betfair's part.
Besides, even if it were they take responsibility for these mistakes, at the very least my bet would have stayed voided, and possibly winner had the selection won.
They have owned their mistakes pretty much all the time, that is from my exprience of course.
Hell they even paid a match that they left open at 1,20 on the sportsbook as I piled 5k on it. Not a peep from them.

Now this is the second time Betinasia steals money and hide behind the 'it's the book decision', which tells me they can pull this s*it with anybody at anytime.

Never had betfair pull a trick like this on me.
The idea of converting a void bet to a graded one hours the event is over is just absurd.
Keep in mind the email you see there was sent to me was sent when the match was over already.

    Sharpexchange with Betinasia.

I doubt Betinasia was the one that voided your bet. Most likely it was betfair.

Orbit is not available via Betinasia any more. Betinasia replaced Orbit with their own white label exchange

I was very pleased with their service until they started to just voiding bets at their whim.

First it was a women's double match where they claimed the market failed to turn in-play, not true, the market was clearly signaled as in-play and had the in-play delay in place.

Now they topped this off at Wimbledon qualies, I placed a bet on Kachmazov, they first voided the bet, then hours after the match was over they grated the bet as losing, of course I would have traded my positions live making a gain as the guy was well ahead initially.

Today I chatted with them again. "Please be advised that the check will take a while". "There is no timeframe for the routine check, that's why its advisable to wait for our updates." It seems they think that they can hold on to client's money forever...

I ordered a withdrawal on Wednesday morning so they already "reviewed" it for 3 days. But okay, I can wait a couple of days more

Thats already very strange cause I bet only on big markets, fund passing or match-fixing impossible in those markets. But okay, if they want to check they can do it but do it quickly. The question is how long can they hold on to client's money without any reason? Several days, a week, a month? Btw my account is not suspended I continue to bet as much as I want. But I can't withdraw at the moment,

It means they intentionally did that to cheat.

As I said above, I placed the bet and went to sleep only to wake up and see more money in my account, which usually would mean I won the bet which of course wasnt the case this time.. But you are missing the main point here.. All this while I had over 10k in my orbit account.. If I had lost that 'monopoly money bet, they would have happily deducted money from my orbit account..

Anyways, no license is a big NO-NO for me.. they can run away with money anytime they want.. I dont think they will ever pay me out for this case, but this shall act as a fair warning to anyone trying to open an account with them.

Yes! They allow the use of a VPN. That was one of the things I made sure to ask them before opening my account since I travel a lot.

Hopefully, you won't have any issues with PIWI247. Aside from BetInAsia, they have been quite controversial lately, based on some recent threads. You can also try Bookielink—they've been the best for me so far!

    Thanks in advance.

believe your genuine mistake, this could basically happen to anyone, I normally do not double
check my P/L and bet history if my balance is in accordance with the bets I have placed, so
this can definitely happen! Really sad, as long as your rightfully own money is paid back to
you, I don't see much of a problem, still a kick in the private parts tho.

Regarding the licensing issue, I wouldn't use that operator anymore as the danger of it becoming
a hit and run is really high, having a bad license is something, faking a bad license is insane.

You were betting with monopoly money, no one is going to pay you for "wins" you acquired with non-existent funds. As far as the license, I wouldn't be surprised if half the offshore books have bogus licenses and that license doesn't mean a whole lot to all the people complaining about slow pays or no pays from books like Jazz and Cashbet.

Can you explain more about this pending period and what exactly do you mean? You mean waiting for
bet settlements, voided markets, or what exactly? Sorry, not sure what you mean

In my case it was something more simple, they settled bets incorrectly (voided) and they already
changed the reason for the voided bets 3 times, one more ridiculous than the other. I have given
up and don't plan to keep pushing it, won't use that site ever again and will scatter my bets in
several different operators (including betfair itself) just to avoid these sketchy situations
