    dear optional can you make a new attempt with the manager please? because the storage period of my letter will end on 24 may and after that i won't have more chances... the letter will be returned to me...

    i'm doing every kind of attempt, i'm trying to involve also russian post sending some emails in russian to them asking to inform 1xbet but it's very difficult...

                so i think they picked up my letter... but fromthe tracking it's still not picked up, and they didn't tell me "we picked up your letter"

                              They confirmed that 1xbet was warned but they never came looking for the letter

                                Maybe Moderator could take an attitude towards questionnaire presented by kikou01 at above screenshots.
                                The questions are completely absurd in context of receiving documents via post. I agree that 1xbet should be in the SCAM list. They have a plenty of various senseless 'questionnaires' up theire's sleeve to extension of the KYC process maximally.

                                I don't understand why you're mention at the main page that 1XBet Sportsbook is SBR rating D, although on 06.27.2016 1XBet Sportsbook has been lowered to D-. Since then many complaints have been filed. They even appear on the Worst Online Sportsbooks List THE LARGEST DATABASE OF SPORTSBOOKS TO AVOID - Over a dozen reported confiscations. I thing they deserved F.

                                I've filled a complain on 28-04-2017. I'm curious what's happen with my case? I see that my story is very similar to the story of main thread.

                                                      As I said a couple of pages back when we discussed you changing the address... what happens now that it is not delivered? Is it their fault or yours? Is it just an excuse? Who knows for sure when you alter the address. But it is instructive that another person has had one received at the address so at least you know it really exists.

Now i received this email where they ask to send new letter with answers wrote by hand... this is too much really... i really don't know if i have to go on...

                                                                      I'm really sorry but these guys are not going to assist otherwise.

                                                                      The best thing you can do is to publish as much bad info about them as possible and send it to them telling them this is their "reward" for messing around with you - then you might hear back without all this nonsense.

                                                                      This is the only way forward, you need to bash them online as much as possible and show them you mean business.

                                                                      There is no other way, I'm talking from experience of several Israeli customers who dealt with this one.
