Had call few mins ago. They asked me to turn on camera and asked me few questions. My advice is to save all questions you sent them on block appeal and via post because they will ask you some of that questions. Yeah, I almost lost track, I think I was among the first that got this kind of KYC, first letter took like 7-8 months, than it became quicker.

So from what I remember, account number (like sb. remembers a 7digit account number), name, birth, where I live, last time placed bet and on what?? I have blocked account more then a year!
What I do and what is my position in a firm. Telephone number, email during registration. I think I answered wrong one, corrected myself, the guy doesnt give a sh*t, so I think the person is only writing your answers, no ID/passport showing. Took like 5 minutes. You do not see the person and I have no idea why is this is a part of KYC, may be its cheaper then to make phone call.
Funny was: "What you prefer to bet and on what have you bet on?" Like I remember what I bet last year. I am not a pro and really I have no idea and I think my account was blocked after trying to withdraw some money.Comment -
1xbet just took 2000 euros from my account
After trying to withdraw approx 1000 euros from my account, they told me that they needed to verify my account. After telling me that, my account was blocked immediately and i could not access it.
They requested photos of me, my id, my drivers license, utility bill, and a photo showing me, my id and our converstion in the mail. After sending them all that, they replied :

Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account). This decision is based on the official Terms and Conditions point 2 subpoint 34 of the betting company 1xbet. The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service.
According to the results of the investigation we have reasons to suppose that all your bets on sport events from this gaming account have been placed not by you, it violates above mentioned point of Terms and Conditions directly.
We ask you not to create new accounts in our website. Pay your attention to the moment that if you try to create new accounts, we will block them. At the same time your actions have been a violation of the above mentioned Terms and Conditions. The Decision concerning the stopping any collaboration with you is final and without appeal.''
It goes without saying that ALL my bets were made by me, and their excuse for blocking me is a blatant lie. Afterwards, they unblocked my account and let me withdraw about 500 euros, which i then realised were my deposits. The thing is my account had approx. 2500 euros before i was blocked....After the 500 euro withdrawal they blocked my account again.
I have sent them about 5 emails since then, requesting the reasons behind this thievery, and no one has replied. I cant help but blame myself for this unfortunate situation, since i was warned time and time again about this bookie's reputation.
Is there any hope?

Or maybe they make fun of all the people that are "silly enough" to send in all those documents and selfies, answer them 100 ridiculous questions, make Skype video calls without getting to see a person from 1xbet and play that sadistic game from the beginning to the end. Maybe the employees have a good time in the office, laughing and partying all day long. They are criminals but no one is taking action against them. They can decide by themselves how big their profit is because if there's a customer who has won too much they simply confiscate the money. Life must be great in 1xbet-land.Comment
