They are on the blacklist but I am wondering as well why they are still D- rated instead of F.

Because they still pay out some customers? Yes, but it's totally random. Those criminals deserve an F rating and a big fat warning on every website which seriously reviews sportsbooks.

kikou01 and all the others, what about suing them? Why don't we join and sue them together? Find international law company that will work for percentage and sue them, not only to get our money back but also to get compensation for all this crazy requests, lost time and nerves. We should not give up so easily. This is the craziest story that I ever heard and I saw hundreds of Russians also complaining online. We should stop them and also get money that we legally earned.

What country are you from? One lawyer told me that these kinds of cases are usually settled on arbitrage court and that it is possible to go international, it would be better if we join up but I will do that anyway because this is the same as someone pickpockets you, this is the worst case of scam and I want this bookie to be shut down.

Sory to hear about your complain also. I advise you that you read 1xbet topics regarding 1xbet complains, there are plenty on this forum. SBR cannot help you a lot, you will have to go through their ridiculous KYC procedure and then just pray that you will get your money after few months.

I contacted Neteller weeks ago because i saw they were promoting 1xbet.
My vip manager tried to help me. He contacted them without success ...

He sent them 14 documents, including a Notarially certificate of mental sanity at a notary public. This is just crazy ...

I've checked that you can file complaint with their Curacao Licence Provider but probably it won't solve anything.

I guess that their licence isn't even valid because they should have Curacao Logo on their licence info.
Also if they have, I think their licence is being revoged this month.

This so-called 1xbet "manager" pretends to help these customers with their issues. Maybe it's because they had a good month and now want to show a gesture of good will, a PR move.
