#859just a quick note. payout fees for GBP accounts are now 35GBP rather than the GBP equivalent of 35USD as it always used to be.
apparently i am lucky that i was not charged the right amount before despite carl and vanessa repeatedly confirming it should be the GBP equivalent in the past.
gosh i feel so luckyComment -

#860Did you not use the free payout as it is a monday, or have you already had a withdrawal from them in the past 30 days?
Anyway that sounds a bit shady. A ~$58 fee for a max £1500 (?) withdrawal is a bit high, especially if we are talking moneybookers. Looks like things are different now that there is a new sheriff in town. Fees are massivly increased and the sixpack no longer counts towards the rollover requirement.
Come back Carl!Comment -

Isn´t it the case that one free withdrawal is allowed per month (for Neteller and Moneybookers)? That is also sated on their website.
I still haven´t had the time (or inclination really) to pick my way through all the Bet911 Ts and Cs, and if they think they are going to be charging me GBP 35 to get MY money, I won´t be any time soon.Comment -

#863Lol, 35GBP for a withdrawal?
That's insane!
A normal Moneybookers transfer is something like 50p, don't know how much the fee for a business account is, but it can't be anywhere near that amount.Comment -

True but not true, It is like this for a withdrawal of 50-500 fees are 15 / for a withdrawal of 501-1000 fees are 25 and for a withdrawal of 1001-1500 fees are 35 in the same currency that your account is in.Comment -

1. She has to look at your account and see if you have the funds
2. She then has to make sure that you have no bets pending
3. She then has to see just exactly what kind of bonus you got on your last deposit
4. She then has to go and copy all of your plays down and figure out the rollover. Now this means that she has to look at each and every play that you have made and make sure that they were not part of a promotion. Once done she sums it all up if you made the rollover you get paid.
5. She then has to do the paper work so that your withdrawal can be processed. Without it you dont get paid.
6. She delivers that to the payouts department and then they have to process it and verify all the information again. We always double check here.
And finally you get paid.
A very long and drawan out process just for one withdrawal and that is why there are fees on the administration end.Comment -

#870There is a free withdrawal every month, and to most that should be enough unless you are über paranoid about keeping money with bet911. In which case you should probably stop playing there and head over to pinnacle, bookmaker, matchbook or the likes.
But my gripe is that this fee information for accounts in other currencies have not been available to us in the past. Obviously this is an oversight issue, and according to new Sheriff, Carl is partly to blame for this. I can totally understand that fees are higher for higher withdrawals, but at the same time I understand why someone feels they are unfairly treated when they introduce new fees.
But after reviewing the maths on the matter it is actually fair. Bear with me on this. Right now £1500 (max transaction on withdrawals) is $2487, so let's call it $2500 even.
This is a scenario where a player has a $2500 balance. He has already used his free payout for the month, but needs $2500 to buy more paper towels (or whatever)
First he requests $1500 to moneybookers. He has to pay a $35 fee.
Then he request $1000 to moneybookers, he has to pay a $25 fee.
Total fees paid: $35 + $25 = $60
Now for a withdrawal of £1500. This withdrawal can be done in one transaction (unless changed!)..
He withdraws £1500 to moneybookers, for this he has to pay £35, or about $58.
Total fees paid: $58
So it is actually a fair fee. And if you take in to account that the player with a £GBP or €Eur account can withdraw £/€1500 per month for free, then he would actually pay less fees because the € and £ is worth more than the $.
To put this in to perspective:
£1500 is worth $2487. The player can use his one free withdrawal p/m to get this money without fees.
$1500 is worth $1500. The player can use his one free withdrawal p/m to get this money without fees.
So obviously players with GBP accounts pay less fees than players that have accounts in different currencies.
My gripe though is that this information was not available on the site. I hope that Bet911 updates the site asap to reflect these changes.
It is also a nice touch that they now operate with fees that are substantially lower if you request a small payout, whereas back in august (?) I think they operated with a flat $35 fee, Great job on that!Comment -

Several other books will. The number of times you have to rollover the money is the catch. Some require 7 or 8 and I've seen some up to 15. Some books have a 30 to 60 day hold also.Comment -

#873OK, let me run this down to you so you all know just exactly what the accountant Julie has to go through just to get one payout to one person.

Just as a matter of interest, does it take Julie longer to process a GBP 1500 withdrawal than one for USD 1500?
Can you also confirm that there is in fact one free withdrawal per 30 days (max. USD 1500) as stated on you website (and as mentioned by chopsticks above).Comment -

Try doing the same calculation on the basis of being lucky/smart enough to run up a balance of GBP 10k or USD 10k, however and it becomes hideously expensive your hands on your own money.Comment
