Heroes slow-pays

I got an email this tuesday from Sean suggesting that he will an answer for my next by the end of this week.. I have sent an email last night but haven't heard anything as of yet. Does anyone have any contact number or address? I believe the owners are based in UK. Island Runners LTd, the name of the company one of the offices is in Scarborough if internet information is anything to go by. I had two numbers but no one is answering there so I am not sure whether they are the correct numbers..

The casino guy from whose dispute this all stemmed can he post their number as he seems to have suggested that he has spoken to them over them phone

When did you request the payout, and roughly how much, if you don't mind me asking. I have been trying all week to get reply from Sean, he has ignored every email i have sent.

I've been waiting for over 5 weeks now since requesting a payment. I was told that their payment terms had changed since joining and I could only receive 2500 usd per request and it would take a little over 5 days. I still haven't got anything.

On requesting information since they just tell me the usual 'casino related problems' and that I should just to wait until I receive an email to say the money has been paid.

Can everyone who is owed money, post here giving the information how much they are owed and how long have they been waiting for and what help have they received from SBR? From what justin has told me he isn't getting any responses from heroes and he hasnt got any contact number for them either

I am owed about $1500 and have been waiting about a month. I have been in discussions with Moneybookers regarding Heroes and expect to have an update midweek I have emailed Sean Dillon 4 times this week and not once has he replied.

MA have you tried calling the number i posted above?

Yes, I had this number two weeks tried calling them no one answered.. On a positive note I have heard back from Sean.... The news is they are talking to two casino groups and hoping to set something up by July. With regards to payments he is saying payment will be made soon..

Now it depends on how quickly they get their casino resolved , once that is sorted things will start picking up, because no one here will say that they are crooks... It all started for them due to one incident... They are showing resilience and I am counting on it.

$1500 should be ok, you should get paid soon I hope. I have a bigger amount there.

So far I have figures in total outstanding of £12.5k owed by them. Not a big sum , lets hope a lot more is not owed

heroes one is only two days old.
19th of May for a different one - never heard anything back.

There is no uproar here mate. All everyone wants to get from heroes is a tentative timeline not much to ask for is it ? I have no doubt in my mind that they ar emaking efforts but when you have a large sum stuck then one can only be patient for so long

I second Maximus here. People who put in payout requests in April (like myself) are naturally going to be a bit irritated when we hear of payments being received which were requested later. For 7 weeks now I've been getting the standard 'payments processed in order received' / 'hope to have more information by end of week'/'unable to give a definite timeline' etc. My documents had already been verified at the time of the withdrawal request so that can't even be used as an excuse. I'm sure the folks at Heroes are trying their best to sort things, and I feel they will, but people have a right to feel aggrieved when they can't get at their own money through no fault of their own. For the record my balance is 5k+ and I've been waiting for a withdrawal since end of April.

Unlike you, I brought good news on two posts.

I already did my judgement, their 23 posts, almost all in this topic, were all to complain and say they have a extra and confidential information!.

I m not here only for to me complain!.

Last response I received was a week ago, no response since then. With they trying to rebrand and getting another casino provider things look on the up, this is obviously based on the assumption all the accounts will be migrated and their business will be up and running under a new brand and things will restore to normal

They paid me 1780 Euro last week (2500$ per withdrawal limit) so now I have there 1020 Euro left and hope I will receive it too.

I have not heard of anything and considering all this started with slow pay report published on this forum, the support received is not very good.. It appears that SBR is unable to help at all. I have exchanged emails with Justin but I only got responses on the information that I provided nothing else..

I copied Bill on the email and didnt hear anything from him either... So I sent SBR_JOhn a message yesterday because he made a post and by the sounds of it knows the guy behind heroescasino... I am hoping he will respond and give some more information if at all possible or interested.

I have been helped on different disputes by SBR but the support/response received is extremely disappointing
