5dimes isn't the quickest and most alert when it comes to taking games off the board. That is well-known. I guess when you offer as many wagering options as they do, it is somewhat understandable. But that doesn't mean that if they leave a game up, they are asking to be defrauded. What the crook Jay should have done instead of saying how much integrity he has and how busy working he was to realize when the match really started was to own up and tell Tony that he is sorry and he won't do it again. And in the .000000000000000001 % chance that his story was true that he really was busy working and didn't know the match started, he should have said to Tony that I know what I did looks bad and I understand you being upset, Tony, but I ask you to trust me on this one. Every book has it's pros and cons.
Some books will kiss your ass around the clock, but when it comes time to get paid they turn a slow pay into a work of art. Other books like 5dimes are completely wrong for personally insulting you, but you usually get paid easily if there isn't anything fishy. Heritage and sites like youwager pay great, but also have good customer service. However, they don't have the betting options 5dimes has.
As long as the player gets his 1k back it is what it is.
The bottom line is simple. There is no proof the player tried to cheat, and while there is a chance he did, there's no proof. If you think someone tried to steal from you does it make it right to go steal from them? The answer is obviously no, it's not. However, most of us have questionable morals as it is, but what's right is right.
The player should get his deposit back, and shouldn't have to admit he was cheating to get it back. I bet 5dimes ends up sending him his deposit.Comment -
