Stockton Springs Officer Christopher Hast Arrested for Raping Teen
Stockton Springs Police officer Christopher Hast was arrested November 1st for sexually assaulting a 15 year old girl several times since April. He now faces 12 counts of Class B gross sexual assault. The allegations were made after Hast sent his victim a message via Snapchat saying that he wanted to kill her mother so that the two of them could be together. Officers were able to recover the Snapchat message despite prior claims by the platform that messages are permanently deleted. The Stockton Springs Police Department (SSPD) has placed Hast on unpaid administrative leave pending the outcome of the case and an internal investigation.
According to media reports, Hast first sexually assaulted his victim in March or April of this year. About two months later he began having sex with her on a weekly basis. Hast also sent the girl sexually explicit images of himself and asked her to sent him nudes of herself, but the media has not said if she did. Judging by the lack of child porn related charges we believe that the girl did not send him any nudes. Eventually he considered himself to be her boyfriend and suggested killing her mother so that they could be together forever. That was the last straw that motivated her to go to the police.
On November 3rd Judge John Martin set Hast's bail at just $10,000. He also ordered that Hast remain on house arrest and wear a GPS monitor as conditions of his release.
Hast has been with the SSPD since 2015. He also worked as a part time officer for Thomaston from 2015 to 2018. Before that he worked as a court officer at the Knox County Courthouse.
According to public records, Christopher Carl Hast is a 32 year old resident of Rockland, Maine. His last known home address is x xxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxx. We are exempting Hast from our usual courtesy of censoring home addresses of law enforcement personnel because he is charged with a sex crime against a minor. We feel that posting his address is in the interest of public safety so that parents can know where not to let their daughters go. We ask that nobody use this information for any unlawful purpose.

#2180“Trooper of the Year” Arrested for Producing Child Porn, Distributing It to His Own Network
Baton Rouge, LA — In 2018, Louisiana State Police Trooper of 18 years, Jason Boyet received one of the department’s highest honors—Trooper of the Year. Fast forward two years, and this hero cop is sitting in a jail cell after being arrested on charges of production and distribution of child pornography.
After Trooper Boyet was arrested Wednesday, he was booked into the Tangipahoa Parish Jail then transferred into protective custody at another facility—likely due to his police officer status. He was then put on administrative leave, not fired. (AKA paid vacation)
According to WWL:
"The FBI and LSP Special Victims Unit began an investigation after a suspect, later identified as Boyet, allegedly produced and shared pornographic images on an unnamed online application. Troopers say agents identified Boyet as the online user and arrested him after an interview."
“The investigation remains ongoing with the potential for additional charges,” the LSP spokesperson said.
This Trooper of the Year is alleged to have been running his own child porn network. Not only was he allegedly distributing the horrifying images and videos, he was producing them!
Even more disturbing is the fact that Boyet is reportedly married and has three children. It is unclear at the moment if the children in the porn he was producing were his own.
In a Facebook post from 2018, LSP Troop L issued the following praise about their star trooper of they year.
"Senior Trooper Jason Boyet was recognized as the Louisiana State Police Troop L Trooper of the Year at the annual Slidell Elks Law and Order Night. When considering candidates, S/T Boyet’s supervisors highlighted his job performance, initiative, professionalism, and most of all leadership."
We wonder if they still feel this way about this alleged child predator.

Cop Charged for Targeting Drug Dealers to Steal Their Meth and Heroin for Personal Use
Minneapolis, MN — In May of this year, the rest of the world got an inside look into the rampant corruption and criminal behavior inside the Minneapolis police department after the death of George Floyd. While deadly force was certainly a problem within their ranks, a recent indictment shows the corruption spanned far wider than just excessive force.
Ty Raymond Jindra, 28, was indicted this month on accusations that he ran a drug extortion racket for over two years. Jindra now faces 11 counts for abusing his position as a street cop to steal meth, heroin, oxycodone and other drugs for personal use during the course of his duties.
According to the grand jury indictment unsealed in Minnesota U.S. District Court Friday, Jindra was using his badge to steal meth, heroin, and oxycodone by means of “deception, extortion, and conducting unconstitutional searches and seizures.”
According to the indictment, Jindra would confiscate drugs during busts and never report them. He also would pocket drugs turned in by concerned citizens and skimmed small amounts from all drugs he put into evidence. In one instance, according to the indictment, Jindra showed up to a call for an overdose and stole all the heroin and meth from the scene.
Jindra also illegally detained individuals and violated their 4th Amendment rights by searching them without cause and then stealing their drugs, according to the indictment.
Naturally, Jindra’s attorney denies any wrongdoing by the officer, and they have pleaded not guilty.
“I’ve been working with Ty for a year now. He’s a good man. He’s presumed innocent. And that’s the whole story,” Jindra’s attorney Peter Wold said after the hearing.
But these claims ring hollow given Jindra’s past and the details of the case. In fact, the investigation began, not over stealing meth and heroin, but from excessive force. In his 7 years with the department, Jindra has been the subject of 15 complaints, eight of which are still open.
According to the Star Tribune,
"Jindra came to the attention of department officials after being named in three excessive force complaints in a short span of time, sources familiar with the investigation said.
In the process, the department also reviewed footage that appeared to show Jindra pulling a small quantity of what appeared to be drugs from his backpack, a source said.
The charges say Jindra found ways to hide his behavior from his partner and other police officers, such as placing the contraband into his gloved hand, folding the latex glove over the drugs and then stashing them in his personal duty bag or some other location inside the squad car. Jindra turned off his body-worn camera at opportune moments during searches and failed to disclose key details in police reports, such as the seizure of pills he stashed away for personal use, according to the charges. He told his partner he planned to dispose of meth that he kept for his own use."
Jindra is also the son of Jeffrey Jindra, who is a cop on the Board of Directors of the Police Officers Federation of Minnesota. Like his son, Jeffrey has a massively tainted past.
As TwinCitiesgdc.com reports,
"Jindra is a guy who’s been accused of improperly cuffing a 14 year old, and the day after he was acquitted on that charge, was accused of forcing a suspect facedown and handcuffed on the floor. While there, “Jindra kicked him in the head until his jaw was broken. Other officers present also purportedly assaulted him in the face and the abdomen.” He’s also been accused of raping suspects with a toilet plunger. (CP, MPD BLUES: JEFF JINDRA IS ACCUSED OF MISCONDUCT–AGAIN, Man who accused Minneapolis police speaks out, and Feds won’t prosecute Minneapolis officers in plunger case )"
Cops betraying their communities by extorting drug dealers, and stealing their products is most certainly immoral and deserves punishment. Jindra deserves to be held accountable for his actions. However, merely possessing and selling drugs to willing customers—should never end with anyone in a cage.
Criminalizing addiction and substance abuse has done nothing to curb use. People are literally dying in the streets at an increasing rate and no amount of police state can stop it. In fact, since the inception of the drug war, drug addiction and overdoses have gotten worse. Why is that?
To understand the answers to that question, we have to look at how the state has essentially created and facilitated the current opioid epidemic in which America currently finds itself.
For decades, the US government has waged a war on drugs while granting the monopoly on opioid production to the pharmaceutical industry. For years, people who would’ve never thought of trying heroin trusted their doctors who were being paid large sums of money to prescribe them dangerous and addictive opioids. In some cases, people were given fentanyl for a broken ankle.
As the crack down on opioids came to a head, all the ‘legal’ drug addicts were forced into the black market to continue supporting their addictions. Soccer moms, business professionals, and police officers alike quickly found themselves buying highly dangerous fentanyl and heroin on the black market to support their government-approved pharmaceutical industry-sustained addictions.
Instead of helping these people, who clearly have physical and mental addictions and need help, the government simply kept on locking them in cages when they caught them with it.
Research — according to many law enforcement officials — shows that the cost of incarceration, especially for repeat drug offenders, is far higher than simply treating their addiction. It is also far better for a society who values freedom.
Fortunately, this paradigm seems to be breaking apart and the recent elections highlights this as Oregon decriminalized all drugs while other states legalized cannabis.

#2182While Appealing Conviction for Running Child Porn Ring, Police Chief Busted AGAIN Abusing Toddlers
Denmark, WI — As TFTP so often reports, blue privilege is extended to even the vilest of officers who prey on society’s most vulnerable. As pot dealers go to jail for decades, disgraced cops who abuse children often walk free and in some instances even keep their jobs. Disgraced police chief, Alexander Bebris, was one of these cops who proved that his blue privilege was just another reason to continue preying on children.
Last year, Bebris was sentenced to five years in prison in November after he was caught running a child porn ring and convicted in federal court. The 52-year-old child predator appealed the conviction and due to his status as a former public servant, he was allowed to stay out on bail until his appeal went through.
His conviction was upheld this past August, but again, his blue privilege shown through and he wasn’t immediately required to report to jail. Instead his sentence was delayed pending the appeal’s resolution and he didn’t have to report to jail until this month.
While this child predator enjoyed his freedom, however, the state quickly learned that they screwed up by letting him remain free. Just days before he was to begin serving his five-year sentence for running a child porn network, this monster was busted once more.
A search warrant was executed at Bebris’ home where law enforcement found that he went right back to his disgusting ways. According to a news release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of Wisconsin, authorities found “a substantial amount” of recently-downloaded child pornography.
Illustrating just how disgusting of a monster Bebris is, authorities noted that the child abuse material found in his home depicted children as young as 3-years-old.
Luckily for the residents of Denmark, Wisconsin, this time, Bebris was not granted blue privilege. Instead, he was immediately charged and he immediately pleaded guilty.
According to the release:
"At sentencing for his second offense, Senior United States District Judge William C. Griesbach called Bebris’ actions 'outrageous and highly offensive.' Judge Griesbach further stated that Bebris’ willingness to commit almost the exact same crime while on release indicated a 'strong need for deterrence and punishment.' Judge Griesbach ordered that the 10-year sentence run consecutively to the previously imposed, 5-year sentence. Following his release from prison, Bebris will spend 10 years on supervised release."
According to court records, prior to his arrest in his first case, Bebris spent his career in law enforcement, most recently as Public Safety Chief in Oakwood, Ohio. While he preyed on children, he served as the police chief for two different cities.
For now, Bebris is not a threat as he’ll be locked in a cage for the next 15 years and he’ll be required to register as a sex offender when he gets out. However, if his blue privilege continues, that may not be entirely true.
As TFTP reported earlier this year, while former officer Keith Sweeney served his 10-year sentence for using his badge to commit murder, he was given blue privilege behind bars. that privilege came in the form of an iPad.
This disgraced former cop is now facing 12 additional charges of child pornography after allegedly using that iPad and the Marshall County Detention Center’s Wi-Fi to prey on children by downloading and sharing child porn — in jail.

#2189Judge Denies Cop Blue Privilege After He Shot a Handcuffed, Non-violent Mentally Ill Man
Spring Grove, PA — Six months after police shot 32-year-old Ryan Smith, while he was handcuffed in the back of a police car, an officer was charged. Officer Stuart Harrison is facing a second degree assault charge after claiming he ‘accidentally’ shot Smith in the leg for not getting into the patrol car fast enough. Hanson stated that he thought he was holding his taser while attempting to force Smith’s leg into his cruiser.
Harrison claimed that he meant to grab his taser and instead grabbed his gun which is heaver, has a skinnier grip, a different trigger, and is not yellow.
Since the day he was charged, the officer’s defense team and even the prosecutors, who are apparently extremely pro-cop, have repeatedly asked for the case to be dropped. This week, in a rare move, the York County District Attorney’s Office stated they cannot drop the criminal case against Harrison thanks to a judge who is refusing to give Harrison blue privilege.
President Judge Maria Musti Cook made the decision in the case wondering why Harrison is being treated differently than anyone else who would have shot a mentally ill restrained man in the leg.
“I have to say — I’m trying to say this politely — I found it quite lame,” Cook said of the legal reasoning set out in the motion to dismiss, according to the York Daily Record. “Why is this case so different than all other cases that come before this court?”
The answer to that question, of course, is the fact that Harrison wears a badge.
On the day in question, Harrison, now 59, responded to a call at a bank about a man who was clearly mentally ill and refusing to leave. Smith had tried to withdraw $500,000 and didn’t have an account at the bank. His family said he had been released from the psychiatric hospital the day before.
Amanda Cozio took photos during Smith’s arrest, which document her claims that he was posing no threat and had no reason to be shot.
“He didn’t even warn him,” the 25-year-old woman said. “He pulled his gun out and shot … No warning, nothing. The guy didn’t do anything. He was sitting there … For him to be handcuffed and sitting down, why?”
Police immediately admitted to shooting Smith. However, when asked if he was in handcuffs at the time of the shooting, they chose to remain silent. It has since been determined that he was indeed handcuffed.
In the images above, it appears that there is no struggle and the man appears to be cooperating.
According to police, and the 911 call below, officers responded to a disturbance call of a man who apparently refused to leave the bank.
Pennsylvania State Police issued a statement noting that “responding officers encountered a male subject inside of the bank that resulted in a confrontation.”
That confrontation was captured on witness cellphone and Smith never appeared to be violent.
After engaging Smith and cuffing him on the ground, officers are seen escorting him out, apparently without any trouble.
“I seen them bring a gentleman out in handcuffs,” Cozio said. “They walked him over to the car, slammed him on the side of the police cruiser and searched him.”
The woman seen in the photo above was apparently yelling at the police, “He’s not in his right state of mind, you don’t understand,” Cozio said.According to Cozio, after the brief spat of yelling, the man was placed in the back of the police car, but with his legs our and his feet on the ground. The car door was open, and the officer shot him.
“And they shot him,” Cozio said. “They shot him in the back of the car … while he was sitting down in the back of the cruiser … I don’t understand how this could happen.”
Moments later, according to the 911 scanner, the officer then radioed in “shots fired,” indicating that he’d shot the man in the leg. Police then asked dispatch to send EMS.According to police, Smith was shot in the leg and the bullet hit an artery, causing severe bleeding.

#2191In Extremely Rare Move, 2 Cops Convicted of Murder for Tasering Man 53 Times Until He Died
Carter County, OK — As TFTP has reported, despite horrifying police killings, many of which were captured on video and have rocked the nation, the arrest rate for cops who kill people in official capacity remains as low as ever. According to reports, since 2005, just 126 police officers have been arrested for murder or manslaughter in relation to an on-duty killing.
Of those 139, just 44 have been convicted, with 42 of their cases still pending, and just seven cops total have been convicted of murder. The other 37 cops were convicted on charges ranging from manslaughter to official misconduct, with many of them receiving no jail time.
Hopefully, with the conviction of the following two cops, this paradigm is shifting.
Cowardice is defined as a trait in which excess fear forbids an individual from taking a risk or facing danger. It is the exact opposite of courage. On the night of July 4, 2019, Joshua Taylor and Brandon Dingman both provided a perfect example of cowardice when they moved to arrest Jared Lakey for the non-crime of running down the street while yelling. Because they are police officers, they refused to let him go on his way but because they are cowards, they killed him with their tasers.
Dingman and Taylor were too scared to attempt to handcuff the entirely incapacitated Lakey that night, so, for over ten minutes, these two cowards deployed their tasers out of fear. The cumulative amount of time Lakey was tasered was over four minutes.
“Axon/Taser warns against simultaneous exposure and cumulative exposure exceeding 15 seconds,” according to attorney Steven Terrill. “Jared was Tased for approximately four minutes of cumulative exposure.”
“Put your hands behind your back for me,” Dingman said three times to Lakey.
For unknown reasons Lakey could not or did not comply but he was still not a threat and non-violent.
“Non-compliance is gonna get you Tased,” added Taylor.
That’s when the officers decided to start shocking him, and shocking him, and shocking him. During the torturous event, the video shows that the officers deployed their tasers simultaneously at several points — doubling the the volts into his body.
Terrill said Lakey was shocked 53 total times by Taylor and Dingman and placed in a chokehold by an unidentified backup officer for 40 seconds.
While in the chokehold, Lakey stopped breathing and became unresponsive. However he began breathing again and was taken to the hospital, according to the OSBI.
Adding to the cowardice exhibited by these officers is the fact that after they repeatedly tasered him for over four minutes, they refused to provide him with any life saving measures as he lay dying on the ground, not breathing.
“No officers initiated any life-sustaining measures for over 3 1/2 minutes after determining he wasn’t breathing,” Terrill said.
Though the reason is unknown, Lakey was naked during the arrest. While some may conclude that he was on some type of drug that induced psychosis, this would be incorrect.
“Jared’s toxicology screen from the medical examiner came back clear of any illicit drugs,” said Terrill, who filed a civil lawsuit against the city of Wilson. The only thing abnormal in the toxicology report was Lakey’s high blood sugar.
The state’s Office of the Chief Medical Examiner determined Lakey’s death was due to complications of a heart attack “and law enforcement use of electrical weapon and restraint,” the Daily Ardmoreite reported.
According to ABC News, after finishing its investigation, the OSBI turned over a report to the Carter County District Attorney’s Office, which charged Taylor and Dingman with second-degree murder.
The unidentified officer who placed the incapacitated man in a chokehold for 40 seconds was not charged.
After the two coward officers were arrested and charged last, their union appointed attorney, Ryan Hunnicutt said he looked forward to their day in court.
Last week, their days in court ended and a jury found them guilty of murder and assault and batter with a dangerous weapon.
The second-degree murder convictions carry a possible sentence of 10 years to life in prison. They are scheduled to be sentenced on Dec. 2.
When watching the video below, you can see all the facts you need to come to the conclusion that the fear exhibited by these two officers led to them torturing a man to death via electric shocks. Disturbing indeed.
