I wasn't on the board hours before the game. My "knowledge about this game" isn't exactly ground breaking. The Indians are playing well. The Tigers aren't. The Tigers kill themselves with stupid decisions, no team speed, no No. 2 or 5 hitters, a shitty bullpen and trying to just out-slug everyone. This isn't news. To take them in their current form at -165 is not a good bet, and I'm not any kind of gambling savant for saying so.

Again, do you realize the % you have to hit at to win over the course of a season taking faves of -150 or more? If not, check out Sammy's thread sometimes. Now add to that the Tigers' recent struggles and the fact that they're on the road against a first-place team that's beaten them in each of the last two nights. You do the math.
