Lets make this clear Thor, unions were a necessity. No one would argue that fact. However, they are no longer needed. Everything reaches a law of diminishing returns and the unions have far overstayed their welcome. They are some of the biggest pigs and politicians. These big unions contribute large dollars to lefty politicians to continually insure exorbitant wage increases and various other favorable kickbacks. 110% pensions for CA prison workers, 100% pensions for CA lifeguards for minimal service years, etc. Do some research on why the auto industries failed. Unproductive workers getting ridiculous compensation. Same can be said for teachers, when there is no accountability and you CANNOT fire someone of course you are going to fail.

The police don't deserve to be mentioned in the same sentence as the military. The military are very important to this country and defend us every day. The police have never "defended" anything in their entire lives except each other, the corporations they work for, and their box of donuts. I know for a fact that I can defend myself a hell of a lot better than some fat, out of shape loser who would be a cowering vagina without his badge to hide behind.
I'll never understand why some people put cops on a pedestal. They are not heroes. They went to an "academy" for a few months that any moron could graduate from. It takes longer to get certified to wipe asses in a nursing home. The majority of cops go through their careers without ever being in a life threatening situation. It's more dangerous being a cashier at a convenience store. Yet most of them think that they automatically deserve some higher level of respect because they "put their lives on the line" everyday? Lol, give me a break. Their sole purpose is to embezzle money out of citizens. They definitely don't fight crime. Unless fighting crime is ganging up on someone, once they are already in handcuffs, and then beating the shit out of them. And then acting like they were in danger. Lol, how brave. These guys would piss their pants and cry if they had to face off against a real soldier in a dark alley.
Firefighters, soldiers, paramedics... now these are people that actually deserve respect. They are actually doing something noble with their lives. Notice how these people don't have to go around demanding/begging for respect like cops do.
Btw, am I the only person that thinks that being physically fit should be a mandatory requirement for being a police officer? The amount of obese cops pulling in tax dollars is a joke.Comment -
We need to re-unite the nation. I believe one way to do so is to legalize hemp and cannabis. The time has long passed for us to put up with the lies of the gov`t and big business any longer.
Before you make yourself look like a tool with the "gateway" shit and all the other lies that have been jammed down our throats, do the research.
The prohibition of cannabis is based on greed and racism. Furthermore, cannabis has medical benefits that can not be denied, though the greed of the pharmaceutical companies stands in the way of providing relief for those that are sick.
Again, do the research and think for yourselves.
