THey (5Dimes) is claiming they sent my confirmation email which they clearly did not. They have rejected my first BTC request because I "failed to respond to their conf email within 48 hours".

I have submitted a second BTC request but it is clear to me this whole thing is one big scam and all of us are suckers who trusted anyone in the off shore business, specifically the con artists at 5 Dimes.

I would not be shocked if no one gets paid anything.

It sucks that you learned this the hard way during this difficult time. I'd recommend you do this for your final payout to make sure you aren't booted to the administrator.

PS: I just received one of my payout verification emails from 5Dimes and replied. Hopefully will get some of my money soon.

That's good news, hope it works out. I had 2 open parlays, a 25 teamer and a 5 teamer each with all legs graded and one open leg left. I was told by 2 different agents that the parlays would be closed out and my initial wager returned, on that note I decided to complete the parlays (one winner, one loser)...it all worked out, but definitely a bunch of conflicting information coming from the 5D folks. Carrie, one of the chat managers spent an hour on the phone and squared everything away with all the parties that were mucked up. Gl

Yeah, I think their goal initially was to get as many players as possible to either request a refund or play their open legs and lose so they wouldn't have to pay out winners. I know it worked on a lot of people. Or maybe that was their initial intention and they eventually changed their minds. Either way, I'm glad I stuck to my guns for a while longer to see how it played out.

If anyone knows about who or where this administrator is going to be operating through please let us know. I have been waiting for a confirmation email for verification from a payout request since 9-19. Still nothing yet.

Yeah, 9/10 here and nothing. I call them every couple of days too to make sure I haven't missed anything. 9/12 doesn't seem like it's coming from an exact science.


Also, false alarm on having received my payout verification email. I followed up with them to make sure they received it,and it turns out that it was actually an account verification email. Apparently, they noticed that my address information on Whitepages.com was different because I recently moved. Yup, you heard that right. With a backlog this large, they're running background checks. LOL

Is there any way to retrieve the BTC address that was used to request via Blockchain? This was my first time using BTC for a payout. The 5dimes pending payout only shows a snippet of it once you submit. Looks like I might be in for a longer wait...wonder if I should cancel the original payout request and re-submit...
Edited update --Do they want the Trace ID when you respond to the verification email or the long chain of numbers/letters that is under the "address" column on the payout review page?

While I agree with merging 5Dimes threads, it seems like at this point it would make a lot of sense to have other threads dedicated specifically for topics that are important to people. All of the general questions and chatter should stay here.

Of note I'm thinking the following would be appropriate to have a thread of their own.

1. 5Dimes payout tracker. There is a huge subcategory of people who are only interested in information related to payouts. That would be super helpful to a lot of people to address their concerns. Date requested, date received (if received). Maybe a daily update at most for those who still haven't.
2. 5Dimes bet settlements.

Not sure if 2 is appropriate but 1 definitely seems to be so. I know there have been multiple people asking to verify information that certain bets (mostly parlays) were settled appropriately. Having a separate thread for that could clear up some confusion.

UPDATE: I just spoke with Maryanne from wagering on the phone. She told me:

A) I should not be concerned about the fact that others are reporting their parlays have been closed out while none of my parlays have been touched. They have to look at each parlay individually (makes sense), and they are working around the clock, account-by-account to get this done in the next couple of days. Closing out parlays was the last step in their closing activities, which is why it's taken so long.

B) Confirmed that both pending future legs and unfilled open slots will be treated as voids, so I should expect to be paid out on value legs already won.

Assuming she knows what she's talking about, I feel relieved. It's good to finally hear someone say this. Now, let's hope everyone gets their money!

I have heard from another "watchdog" site that 5Dimes has lost alot of personnel since their announcement, and that is delaying the processing time on withdrawals and futures disposition.

i did contact support after i re submitted a new btc adress and got an email right away with the new payout request

Just an update I finally received my payout late this afternoon. It took 12 days. As I said in an earlier post, once you get the verification email and respond, make sure you follow up in the chat to make sure they received your email. They claimed they didn’t receive my first response when I spoke to them via chat so they sent another one that they confirmed they did receive.

BOL to everyone still waiting, if you’re in the 12 day range I’d think you’ll be getting close to your payday.

Really apologizing for their outright theft. It's not hurting some and benefiting others. It's literally penetrating stealing from countless customers. Some people are getting the benefit of that theft and its a small portion. That part doesn't even need to be addressed or does it have its merit. Their decision was to penetrate and steal from customers. Then lie to them. Then act like they don't understand. They are crooks and you're a pos doing their dirty work making up excuses for it

Requested BTC the 11th at 9pm. Paid the 22nd at around 5pm. No verification/hoops, just a confirmation email after the BTC was sent.

U.S. Administrator

Any concerns about dealing with a U.S Administrator to collect funds from illegal offshore gambling sites. My understanding is its the funding of said accounts that's illegal. That's why we use BTC to get around that problem, who would put themselves in a position here in the U.S. to payout those funds. FED prosecutors being barred by Barr (pun intended) to go after real corruption might be inclined to go after a few thousand illegal gamblers, a nice distraction from 200k dead Americans in an election year. After being arrested in 91 (election year} by an OCB task force for bookmaking ( no organized crime ties) I'm wondering if the $925 is worth the possible hassle collecting from this so called U.S. Administrator. Anyone with maybe experience with collecting from the poker sites when they closed or legal knowledge might be helpful to this thread

Just received BTC for 3 different payouts - about 12 hours after e-mail confirmation. Hope that helps with a timeline. I did pro-actively call to do phone verification after I requested payout and called after e-mail verification to confirm they received.
