I thought about doing the under instead of the over tonight in my teaser, but I hate betting unders, and last night just re-enforced to me why I hate it. A game that should have been an easy under 44 ended up almost being a loss because of 21 points scored in the last 6 minutes. I guess I feel like I used up my under mojo if that makes any sense. I don't bet them often. Thanks for your input though and GL.

Thank you John. I'm glad it makes sense to someone. LOL. I'm normally not a huge fan of teasers either, but the "two team/6pt" teaser in the NFL seems to be working for me, at least for now. It seems whenever I try to get to fancy one team ends up screwing me.

I made a mistake If i went with the teaser should have teased the under, good thing I backed myself up with a single heavy on Washington + 3. We survived week 3.

You are so correct. A lot did change and you must understand one simple thing. Follow my picks on this thread. This is where they count - after I run the simulator and do the complete research. You will hear Peter say, well John I know you have finished your research yet, but what do you think right now.. Not that the video is not useful. It definitely is because all of the panelists provide excellent material for your review and to use as handicapping tools. Hope this helps.

Teasers are there for a reason at the book. They are tempting as hell and look so easy. Many games it can look like the teaser will win no mater what combination you use. Let's keep to straight bets and if we like side and total a whole bunch then we will do a traditional parlay and get paid what we deserve. Sound like a plan?

Play against home teams with a poor scoring defense last season that allowed 24 or more points per game after a playing a game where 50 total points or more were scored. 5* play Washington.

To be fair the line at most books was +3 when I posted the play so to take 3 1/2 and count it as a win didn't feel right to state. Anyway if Washington loses by three we will take a forum vote and see if it should count as a push or win. ok?

That is a lie that really has me scratching my head. Obviously it reflects the potential for a huge letdown. Let's see what the line does today, but I would be surprised if it went to 2 1/2. That movement below three would almost starting making it look like a play on the Bengals.
