It is, but as with sports gambling it's called variance. Prior to today RLM has been churning a profit.

never quit my friend..I have had my fair share of funks as well.

Some of those picks were RLM (Clemson & Rhode Island for example)...but the vast majority were non RLM plays....

as for what I'm doing right...just using my instinct to be honest and not overthinking a play. If it requires to much of my dialectic thought to make the play, then the play probably won't be made...because the longer I sit on a play, the less confident I feel about making a play.

for instance, we are nearing tournament time...EVERYONE..AND I MEAN EVERYONE....is looking for a quality RPI win, big win on the road, etc....

so teams will be playing their hearts out these last few weeks...case in point, Michigan, OK St, & Auburn last night...

so I will definitely continue to play the ML's for next few weeks on underdogs I feel have good shot of pulling off upset...a lot of these plays are wagers I wouldn't have placed a month ago...but the season has progressed...and desperation will be settling in for some teams..while complacency will inundate the minds of other teams

No way I'd touch BC tonight. BC has nothing to play for, non-existence home court advantage, and after Duke got down 20 points to NC State on their home court Thursday you can bet your sweet ass coach K will have his team playing cut throat basketball for a full 40 minutes against the talent lacking Boston College boys.

This is about the time Coach K's teams with a deep bench (which they have this year) start rounding into shape.

I don't know if it's me or not....but this thread has taken a turn for the worse in terms of negativity...i can recall that everyone in the thread used to support each other and we were all doing pretty well...

then a bad stretch hits us...and people come from out of the woodwork to criticize the system....i have no problem with someone excercising his or her right to free speech, but come on people...what is the logic in coming onto the thread and posting something like "i warned you knuckleheads"...if someone made that BC play, then they probably understood its slim chance of covering (and made stronger plays to cover potential loss accordingly)

for those of you who still possess some positive energy, I welcome your input...otherwise, what is the point of kicking someone when they're down?

I understand why people would want to perhaps utilize another technique after recent results...I mean, I'm still winning money as you can clearly see, so to each his own...I use rlm as a guideline and i think that no bettor should just take rlm pick as concrete solid w/o doing a little bit of research on the game
