O gambling gods, we thank you, of course, for yesterday's success, and pray that it may continue today. But most importantly, in honor of this special day, we must give remember to give thanks for the truly important things in our lives. We are thankful for our families, friends, and our health. We recognize that our goal in this thread should not be to score some big win here or there, but rather to learn how to make smart plays and build up a winning record over time, so perhaps one day this crazy hobby of ours may actually enable us to focus more on those important things; to buy a nice gift for your wife, to put some extra money in your kids' college savings accounts, or to take your family on a nice vacation. Or, that ultimate goal that so many of us strive for but so few attain: true financial independence. We ask that you be with us on this day o gambling gods. Amen!

Well, no wife to buy a gift for, no kids to put money away for, and no family to take on vacation, but I do need a lot of stuff!

As for what we should be thankful for, I'm semi-thankful, but mostly my life blows.

One thing's for certain, I do enjoy my hobby, and I'm thankful for great cappers to tail!

No not really. The fact that those lines have moved to that point might be a good sign for the plays I have at -6.5 and -3, but I wouldn't take them at the new numbers. We are always working with slight edges in this game, 1.5 point movement obliterates any edge.
