#876A losing streak makes a team even more determined to win, and Minnisota made it happen!. Plays get stronger from A to B to C as stated in JM's PDF, it seems to ring true most of the time.Comment -

#878Wallco NBA Chase 110
2012-13 System to date: 12-0 (fin. series)
System profit/loss: +12.00 units (fin. series)
Current open series: 1 (-15.00 units)
(11/27/12):
#11 Minnesota (+1) (C) - Win
v1 Plays
(A) 9-4
(B) 1-2
(C) 1-1
(D) 0-0
Games for (11/28/12):
#13 Minnesota @ L.A. Clippers (M/L) (B) (10:35 pm EST) **
** Even though game will be graded M/L, I would suggest that if anyone is playing this series to do so on the point spread (-110). Skipping this series would have been the best option, as mentioned Monday.
We will ALWAYS play the M/L on favorites and the point spread (-110) on dogs. There is no point buying in this system, with one exception, if your team is the favorite, and buying down to a (-½) point spread is cheaper than playing the M/L, then by all means, buy the points, otherwise, M/L on all favorites and point spread on dogs. All results will be based on this principle. All lines and standings are based on FINAL lines from ScoresandOdds.com/. If one of the teams we are playing switches from a favorite to a dog, after my initial post, make sure you get the appropriate line if it differs from what I have posted. The wins and losses will be based on who is the dog team, and who is the favorite on ScoresandOdds.com/ final lines. I will try to update my post as often as I can throughout the day, if the lines change. However, it is the individual bettor’s responsibility to get the appropriate line if it differs from the line in my post.
System rules and backtest can be found in post #219.Comment -

#886Wallco,
Great to see that you managed to get the Minnisota managers to finally read your posts here and understand that they were supposed to provide us with a WIN! Thanks for that.
The problem now is getting all of the other team managers to read your posts and understand WHEN they are supposed to provide us with a win as well!Comment -

I realize if this series happens to lose, the Chase 110 numbers will be so negative, that no recovery this season would be possible. But common sense and logic are saying that no person would be playing these bets, even though the "system calls for it". I will document the records according to the rules I have laid out. But in the case of a series loss, I would be confident in saying that no person in here would be down that amount.
I believe on future system plays, I may negate such series that start with an extremely high M/L in game 1, as the Clippers did Monday. As the system creator, I can make changes that I feel will improve the system, and until I can complete the new backtests that I was mentioning last week, this may seem to be the best option for now.Comment -

#899Heres what I was referring to earlier he mentions it in his newest pdf file......
JM PDF File Quote:
I recommend that you only start betting on a series if the team’s consecutive 3-game road trip begins immediately after their home game. This also means that if a team is on a 6-game road trip vs. 6 opponents from the opposing conference, then you should only wager on the first 3 games (assuming that they played a home game immediately before starting the road trip).
Now, an exception would be that if a team has been playing road game(s) within their own conference before they start 3 consecutive games vs. 3 opponents from the opposing conference, then you should only treat the 3-game series vs. the opposing conference as eligible for play ONLY if that team has lost ALL of its road games from the beginning of the road trip by more than 3 points against the spread.Comment -

#901c bet loss coming on version 1. this early in the season will suck.
here's the last couple of year's results that someone above asked for.

#9021166-39, This overall stat is very intrigueing. If you do buy 3 points anyone know what the overall risk on the series is?
A) 2u to win 1u
B) 6u to win 3u
C) 18u to win 9u
26units risked
39 series losses x 26 units per series... ANYONE? That is right 1,014! units lost over the years, so with 1166 wins, that is only 152 units profit over past 7 years!!!
I hope everyone now understands why majority of people in this forum are thankful for the 7/5 strategy Thelimit post.Comment -

#906The JM “System Strategy” Leader Board
These are the five different strategies that are currently being played by several of us. Since there are no JM plays for a few days, I figured now would be a good time to post the current results of these strategies. Tonight's results ARE included. They are in order of most productive, but this by no means will necessarily be the order of success at season’s end.
¨ 1-3-5 (A,B,C – no point buy): (+28.44 units)
¨ 3/3 (B,C – buy 3 points): (+17.13 units)
¨ Traditional JM -110 (A,B,C – no point buy): (+16.48 units)
¨ Traditional JM(A,B,C - buy 3 points): (+16.32 units)
¨ 7/5 (B,C – no point buy): (+6.66 units)
The good news is that they are all in the plus $.Comment -

#907Sports betting and handicapping forum: discuss picks, odds, and predictions for upcoming games and results on latest bets.
I will only post this once, similar to how i mentioned stiffliers thread and people started following.
I made "another thread" over some recent discoveries. I have a short back test done on it, but the results seemed promising. I will not say what my system is, but over past 3 days it is currently up 10 units. If I started it since beginning of the month, I would be up 66 units.
I only have a short back test done on it and it was all tested via labby. This year the biggest bet would have been just under 7 units. I will post 1-4 plays a day for the system in my own thread, so follow if you are looking to make some extra coin. Track it as well if you wish.
This will be my only post about it in this thread. All questions please direct them in my thread if you choose to follow.
Thanks

#909I actually had it done before the game but got tied up signing an agreement of sale and forgot to post it. I am playing the 7/5 myself, so believe me, I definitely want to see it higher on the list, and I'm sure it will be. All 5 strategies took a loss tonight, not just the one we are playing. If you want, I won't post the results any more if it upsets anyone, but that really was not my intention.Comment -

#910I really don't mean to sound rude, but this line above is the main reason why most of your new systems fail. Please be careful, not only for your own sake, but for those you are trying to lure into your thread with plays based on limited backtests.Comment
