Cleveland FTW!! Came back down 20 and actually covered good stuff tonight folks. All we need is a Phoenix win tomorrow against the Bobcats and we will roll into a 10 day break from the system with a good start to the season.

WOW. What a crazy CLE@NO game. I ususally dont play version 2, and I have never reversed a JM play, but I was bored tonight and pissed about getting hosed on the Suns Series. So I reversed and took NO at -6, and they were up 19 or so at half. So again being bored, i took CLE money line for 2nd half figuring they would come back at least 1 point. WOW I almost crapped my pants when NO only covered by 1 point. It couldnt have worked out any better for me, but dont think I can deal with that type of stress again.

Congrats to everyone that took CLE with the points, supposed it worked out for yall as well.

Quick question for you guys about the Bulls. They already won the [A] bet vs. Houston on the 16th. Now that would conclude following them, but after this Dallas game tonight they play 4 more games at Western conference opponents. Basically 7 games out of conference in a row. Would Chicago vs. the Lakers be another [A] bet on the 23rd?

If both Lopez and Nash are out I don't see how the Suns would be favored. Granted Lopez is Lopez, but you saw what the Magic did with there big men last game against Phoenix. Basically dominated the inside game. Suns need him for defense and to grab boards.

I never buy points.....

As for myself....I will play them for the moneyline on Line 1...

Nash isnt the only player on the Suns team....if he plays...he plays....

I just think Suns are too good of a professional team to lose 3 straight
on the road...with or without Nash......

Hopefully they are a little bit embarrassed with what happened in the
last 2 games and they come out smokin.......

Yes, technically your suppose to buy 3 to +1 at -170. The Money line opened at -123. I took -123 the difference was just too great. If Pho losses by 1, Morrison will call it a push and will tell you to make another c bet the next game vs. Houston.

People, the rule is if the team you are betting on is -3 or greater, bet the moneyline (you don't buy points if your team is the favorite).

Tell me who is going to get easy baskets? Nash is hurt. Robin Lopez their only true PF/C is hurt. Richardson, Turkoglu, Hill, and Frye are all jump shooters. Dragic/Dudley are not playing all that well. Not too sure about these Suns tonight, you are just betting that they hit their 3's. Bobcats have great perimeter defense.

Nash himself said at the beginning of the year and i quote "To be honest, if I was outside this picture and a betting man, I would probably pick us to be outside of the playoffs considering all the changes and the new guys.” Yes, I know you don't believe me, here is the article.

I did that a lot last year. In fact if the team won game A I would treat the next game as another game A. Sometimes I would get 3-4 wins out of a series. But it can blow up in your face on you.

This is the first time I can remember when doesn't claim the lose doesn't go against his record. He's being very smart - here's the play, but here's the filter you should be applying - it's up to you to make the choice. Possibly a new and improved JM?
