Remember when Jameer Nelson came back for Orlando the 1st game of the playoffs against the Lakers. They got blown the **** out by Lakers, cause the chemistry was off and the mixing up of mins between the players. I can see the same thing happening tonight!

I'm not so sure the same thing would happen in a regular season WNBA game where stars simply run the floor. Parker isn't coming back against Kobe and the Lakers. I still like the under but I might hedge my bets with an over teaser!

the phoenix game is also a national tv game on nbatv.. good to go against a fav. when there star is comin back on a tv game and tv games usually go under cause of more average joes betting over.. over is such a joe bet

Man I really gotta think that if you are taking the Mercury as a dog that it would be most advantageous to wait it out. The line has to move a little late with the majority on LA. I think it will touch -6.5 today before game time.

Anyway I am on Phoenix tonight as well. I think Sex and the crew have explained it all.(ie Orlando) Candice is way out of shape and should mess up the minutes. Also I believe that the rest of the team will have a let down expecting her to carry the load. Finally the Sparks do not play as well as the Mercury when rested. I am rolling with the Phonix ML as well on a small bet.

Looking ahead to Tuesday, I see that the Sun have Atlanta on the schedule, and although Atlanta pulled close to the Fever tonight, I have no other choice to take them i ntheir next game when they face off with Connecticut as they wil have beaten the Champs and they also will be favored on the road, which is a potent cocktail for an Atlanta cover.

I also will keep a shrp eye on the total in the Seattle/ San Antonio game as the average o/u line for games in the northwest are usually 152. However, the average combined score of the games there are usually 156 on average. Depending upon where the actual line falls that is the standard number i will be coparing it against.

Chicago is a no brainer as the pick against the Monarchs who are playing their first home game after a long road trip, with a straight up win as a dog in their last road game. Chicago becomes an auto ply especially after tanking thirfirst game on this west coast road trip. they have had a few days to lick their wounds and now is the time. NO WAY DOES THIS GAME GO UNDER. This is an over waiting to happen.

So my leans are already set for Tuesday

We need to go back and do the stats and see what the record is for when a team beats the defending champs! I know Indiana did it but they won there next game! I want to see how this record of fading the team that beats the defending champs is doing so far this season!

looks like we'd be 3-2 if we faded every team the game after they beat detroit...

fwiw - if you fade the team that just beat the previous years champs in the nba its basically a 50/50 ats bet.
