#184Florida -6 2H is a pretty solid bet in my mind. I go to school at Tennessee and haven't seen them hold on to a lead like this in a while. Not to mention Florida is getting screamed at about now. They should break down Tennessee's defense pretty easily. Anyways, just my two cents. GL with everyones bets today.

#189MY BAD GUYS:
NASH IS NOT PLAYING TODAY!
Steve Nash will not play Sunday against the Lakers due to his sprained ankle.
That makes three straight missed games with the injury and Matt Barnes will get another start in his absence, with Leandro Barbosa at point guard. Mar. 1 - 2:53 pm et

#196How in the hell do the Celtics give up 105 points to the Pistons? Piss poor effort by the Champs. Regardless, I will continue to fade the Pistons. I can only PRAY they get into the playoffs so I can load up on whoever the lucky team is that draws those scrubs in the 1st round.Comment -

#197The OVER between New Orleans and New Jersey is 4-1 in the last 5 meetings. In New Jersey's last 5 home games, the total has gone OVER in 4 of the last 5 meetings and it has also gone OVER in 5 of the last 7 games for New Orleans on the road. With Devin Harris healthy, I look for the Nets to push the ball and get some easy transition buckets. Paul should be able to create and give Peja, Butler, and Posey some open looks as New Jersey gives up the third most 3 pointers in the league at almost 8 per game. Going with the OVER 193 in the afternoon game. Probably should have got it sooner but didn't have time earlier.
On another note, the Pistons seem to always show up in the big games. They played New Orleans close the other day but laid a dud against Miami. They have now beaten the Celtics and the Lakers in their arenas.Comment -

For what it's worth i took the pistons +10. I knew it was good when i saw the line drop to +9 from 9.5. the celtics just didn't really dominate enough with KG to convince me that the pistons couldn't cover one on the road where they've been better.
Otherwise, i'm liking home dogs today...
NO rolled into New Jersey last year with a full staff and only beat them by 2 with a scrubish roster that had no carter, no harris (no kidd for that matter), and obviously no lopez. Plus the line has held still even with the public in love with the horny's. Harris is on fire lately and i think that the nets will start to cover a bit more as home dogs now that the public has forgotten their road exploits. Minimal line movement has given me a hook to play with so ...
NJ +4.5
if you pay any attention to my posts, you know that i'm on ATL as home dogs. They don't really have the depth of a lot of other teams, but their starting five just OOZES with talent and they take these big games very seriously and handle business pretty normally at home. Public is just swarming on the cavs and i have to just look the other way and take the 4 points with that line not moving at all. ATL baby.
ATL +4
I know the pacers may not be at full strength, but for one that line seems too small as much success as the nuggets have had against the east on the road. Pacers have won some great bouts at home winning SU against the lakers, celtics, cavs, and magic. I have to believe that they can handle the nuggets, who are a step below those teams. Add in the fact that denver is coming off a huge upset win against the lakers and you have a recipe for a salty home dog.
IND +2.5
RLM for the warriors. Still can't lay points on the road with the jazz. their winning streak has forced the books to give them more points, but the warriors perform well at home, and especially when they have points. I'm kinda surprised to see so many people on the jazz considering what the warriors did to them last time they met up at the oracle. Gotta take the points.
GS +5
kinda looking to trim one of those plays, but if i can't find good reasoning, i'll probably just play them and see how it goes, because i really like all of those reads.Comment -

#209i'm just mad at myself for pussin' out on indy in some of those big games earlier this year, they're doing just what ATL did last year as frequent home dogs. Now ATL has too much respect with the 4th best record in the east to catch points at home against anyone except the elite squads in the game, so i'm very happy to take them here. All in all, i just think that DEN -2 is the sucker bet of the day.Comment -

#210I love seeing you on this play as well. I figured you would be, as you love to play home dogs. This is by far my biggest play of the day. With or without Jackson, this Warriors team will run the Jazz to death tonight. I posted earlier that the Jazz are only 2-11 SU on back end of back to backs. 2 wins. That's pretty bad. I'll take this very dangerous team with the points. Hope to cash this ticket.
No Kirilenko, no Boozer last time, the warriors dont match up well with the Jazz. I would take the Jazz even if they were on a cold streak with everyone healthy. And yes the Jazz own GS when there healthy
Looks like your going big on this as am I in the other direction. One of us will be happy after the game.........
