looks pretty strong with messam, whitelock and hore in starting XV. weepu has been sharper since end of super rugby. some of his kicks in super has been a shocker. haven't really proof himself yet since he's always on bench. another weakness might be julian savea on receiving the high kicks which SA would often do but in a roofed stadium might help him a bit.

This has to be my bet of the week, SA has some serious value here.. a team that demolished the pumas at home and were beating a wallabie side (that was playing tremendous rugby) for sixty-something minutes last week dosent deserve a line anywhere this steep. Piri weepu has his first start for the AB's since the world cup (probably won't produce the goods) and with cruden at fly-half the AB's won't have nearly as much attack power.

Auckland -6.5 over BOP for 3 Units

Despite BOP's 3 day turnaround, Carl axton ruled out and Masaga's Injury, BOP have been playing horrible rugby lately. Auckland on the otherhand have found a bit of form and are a team that love to demolish weak defences, they have had plenty of rest and if BOP werent at home tonight I would expect a massive thrashing. Still expecting Auckland by 10+

They lost their captain lock, Raaymakers and Fritz Lee who have been giving them massive go forward. They need their go forward to get their backs going so it's bit unknown how they'll perform without them even though they have capable replacements. I think it's probably best left alone.
