I'm probably going 0-4 on my initial leans on the spreads and totals. Lucky the 3Q line on Cats -18.5 covered those, was a freakin nailbiter, 2 goals in the last 2 minutes got it over. Remember what I said about pulling the trigger on live games. Cats win the first half by 19 goals and then 3rd Q Melbourne show up and Cats were lucky to win the q by 4.

I like St kilda, freo can't play in melbourne at all, saints are improving.
I like brisbane as well, if craig was still there, that would be even better. Eagles are a bit risky, even though I think they should win by over 100 points. If you knew they were going to play for 4 quarters than I'd take them any day over richmond

I'm beginning to think that betting props and QT/HT markets etc are to way to go with AFL, the amount of stupidly short MLs and pretty hard to pick lines is making things annoying.Comment -
Agreed donkson, Saints, Carlton, Hawthorn and West Coast way too short but it makes sense the bookies aren't taking a risk on the ML's with those games considering their competition and locations, brettels and Gee have been doing pretty well with the 1Q's and TT's. Those large spreads are a pain in the ass indeed.
Going to be interesting to see the Cat's TT and Total on that game after last week.
