Ugly Sunday arvo hurt the great start to the weekend but still ended up over 6 units profit. Shame the Tigers didn't show up, they started well but Sydney were just too good, they are hitting great form at the right end of the season. Be back next weekend for more

Swans are pretty hot right now. 3-0 ats last 3 and kicked 100+ last 4. With Goodes, Jetta, LRT to come back and Tippett finding his feet. Repeat maybe.

Yeah I agree. I actually think the Swans are the deserved premiership favourites, regardless of what the books say. They have the 2nd best defence and the 5th best offence. Defence win's premierships. They have one of the league's best coaches. They have the perfect blend of experience and youth, and outside speed and in and under hardness. They have many big in's too come back in to the side (Goodes, Jetta, Reid, Shaw, McGlynn, LRT), and most importantly of all they have the best midfield in the comp without question. The Swans bat 9 deep in the midfield, their depth is just scary for opposition coaches, and their "big 4" (Jack, Kennedy, O'Keefe and Hannebury) are the best we have seen since the legendary Brisbane quartet of Voss, Lappin, Black & Akermanis in my humble opinion. Even the experts and analyst's who traditionally ignore all non-Melbourne club's are coming to the party, with the Chief, Brereton and many others declaring the Swans the team to beat this year. I should state for the record that I am a Swan's fan, however I pride myself on unemotional subjective analysis of the game and this opinion is based on that. You won't find a premiership winner in recent times who doesn't have A. a gun midfield and B. a top 4 ranked defence (which bizarrely would exclude Hawthorn as a premiership contender based on this trend as they currently sit in 5th - although only 8 points behind Richmond at the moment).

Hopefully a better showing than against the cats! I think we keep it closer than this, I would think maybe 6-8 goals, no Franklin helps. We have Jason Blake back in the side and his height will be welcomed down back. Its hard to know why we have been so bad at times this year, its a fair drop in form from the side that played in a recent Grand Final, we have the talent but we are getting old but some new kids are showing promise
