Have bought dozens of books and for some reason gave that one away a couple of years ago..He also went into how to play horizontal bets efficiently (pick3's,4's,6's)..I would say 70-80% of the time you'll only have to cover 3 horses with your longshot in triples which cuts the $48 down to $12..the main point however is the overlay you get..the public doesn't bet these right and part of its ego imo..everybody wants to brag they got the $50 horse
but forget that for every time that happens 3 or 4 times
he finishes 3rd or 4th...you have to cash those on occasion as it happens more often..Realize you'll miss when high prices fill one or both of the top spots but main thing is when you hit you'll be getting much more than you should almost always
