My Final Results for the College Season

I went 36-26-4 this season. That is a hair over 58%. That is about my average, so I had an average season for myself. Did better last season. I did not hit as many middles as I would have liked to hit. Texas did very poorly for me. Cal did very well for me. 6-4 on my Over/Under season win totals. Nothing real exciting about that. I will study these results and attempt to see if there was a common theme with my wins and my losses. See what I did right and what I did wrong. One thing I noticed immediately is the small number of games I wagered on. If you subtract the win totals I wagered on, I only wagered on 56 games. That averages out to slightly over 4 games a week. (4.3). If I subtract my GOY (Game of the Year) wagers, (12-7 overall) then the number of games I wagered on during any given week averages out to about 3. That is probably too few games. If I subtract my GOY wagering record (12-7, 63.1%) from my record I end up at 24-19-4 for about 56%.

One thing I will do is wager more GOY games if possible next season. I always do better with my GOY wagers than my weekly wagers and this season was no exception. I know I am dealing with percentages that are very close to each other, but I wager much more per bet than most people do, so while my profit measured in percentages in not that great, my profit measured in actual Dollars is. The more you wager, the more you can make. Of course you can also lose, but while the word "LOSE" may loom large in your vocabulary and results, it is extremely small and almost non-existant (one losing season out of 45) in my vocabulary. Again, I do not win an enormous percentage of my wagers, but I do not lose overall, and that is the secret.

Anyway, it probably isn’t impossible to hit 60% of your picks in CFB if you purposely limit the # of games you bet. Frankly it’s seemingly easier to do this in CFB than in any other sport. You have about 60 games every week (130 teams, roughly 10 of which are off every week). It really shouldn’t be that difficult to find 5-7 games every week where the betting line is ridiculously off.

College basketball has an even bigger number of games to pick from, but I haven’t even heard of about half of D1 NCAAM teams. And you don’t have a whole week to mull over what games to pick in basketball like you do in football.

I can imagine somebody hitting 60% in CFB in one season, although I’m extremely skeptical of anybody who claims to have done this over a period of 10 years or something like that.

All of my picks, including my GOY picks are always posted on my Betting Spreadsheet. If you look at it now, you will see my only wager that I have made so far for the College Bowl games. The truth is this. Most of you people in here are nothing but a bunch of lazy lying ass holes who are afraid of me. If you were not, you would simply go to my Betting Spread Sheet and look my record up for yourselves. But most of you are simply too afraid to expose yourselves for what you are. The fact that I could kick any of your asses any time I want to seems to scare many of you. The vast majority of you cannot wager with me because you simply do not have that kid of money available to wager with. Now there have been a couple of idiots who USED to wager in here and tried wagering and welshing out on the wager with me. That is why they USED to wager in here. Before any of you fools get any ideas, the same thing would happen to you.

Orange, you are new in here. If you think that it is so easy to do what I do, why don't you do it? Try it next season. I suggest that you know ALL of the things you have to know to be successful, like the three types of handicapping you should be using to make your selections, the type of wagering to do (there is only one type), how to determine odds, how to spot sucker lines and stay away from them, and about 30 other things you must know.
