We all got fat yesterday - i don't think that the players on ECU and Marshall did. I hear you on early start concerns, but i really like this one and think that it has a very high ceiling. I actually like ECU as a side, but agree that if you like Marshall, Herd TT over is the way to go.

Will work up a few others right now. Have family stuff later this morning so will be gone from like 9:30 to noon EST so gotta get my plays booked now.

right on,, i leaned under in both but neb line getting low enough i could do without..dont like canes offense either was curious as to where your model would put it, i thought it was almost suspiciously high at 56 so if your model says 60s ill just leave it alone..

im just gonna stick with the ecu and fiu overs and square it up and play ducks-14 1st half, even tho they been off lately i dont know wtf happened to the beavers but their offense has vanished which aint goood cause they dont have the d to slow ducks down i dont think...

Weather for Toledo/Akron will be cold, but not windy. That's good, but although i like the over, it's hard to ignore how ugly some of Akron's box scores have been. Model likes over, but i'm having trouble getting behind it.

Need some winners today. Wifey was out all night spending money.

Think I'm loading up on the ECU/Marshall total. Really like that one. Since you and bank like the FIU/FAU total I will cone along.

For tomorrow, Wake plays just enough defense them getting 2tds probably too many points. Tennessee will run it down the throats of Kentucky. Kentucky is a bad football team. Like Vols and the small number on the road. A few people I respect people like Mizzou tomorrow. I just can't get on board. I keep expecting them to slip up but they keep proving me wrong. Their defense good enough to keep Johnny football from running wild. Maybe A&M has packed it in. Might just stick to Mizzou over TT. Hard game for me to pick a side. 10 is a big number to lay on the road but I don't see a one dimensional, deceptive, trickery offense beating a disciplined defense. That's the match up in the Bama/Auburn game. Auburn's D might get a few stops early as Bama settles into the game/atmosphere but Bama should have no trouble moving the ball. I see Bama covering 14-17 points in this one. I also like the Bama over TT.

Georgia game will be bittersweet. I'm sad for Aaron Murray but excited to see Hutson Mason get a chance to play meaningful football. He's been in the program sitting behind Murray for last 4 years. Similar situation to Greene and Shockley a few years ago. Mason only has one year eligibility and he will be starter next year. I think he plays well. He's from Lassiter High School just outside Atlanta so I hope coming home, so to speak, for his first start that the moment is not to big for him. I expect him to play well but will need to get Gurley going early. I'm laying off given the circumstances and certainly not betting against UGA.

I forgot to comment Clemson/SCarolina game. I lean with you both on side and total. Like the over a bit better bc I never ever trust Dabo this deep into the season. And Spurrier seems to get his team up more for these rivalry games. He hates losing rivalry games more than most, I think. I could be convinced to play the over but laying off playing Clemson.

Model likes over pretty well - get 68-70 points even if assume that S Carolina does well in controlling the ball and only allows Clemson around 65-70 plays. History there says game should skew under as Clemson collects their gaudy stats against relatively inferior ACC competition and struggles to make plays offensively when confronted with comparable athletes against S Carolina. Weather should be solid for scoring. I think that both teams get four-plus scores and either team could go off for 40. Think I've just talked myself into the over.

Biff, what does your model project Iowa St/WVU? Iowa St gives up 35+ per game and WVU plays much better at him. I'm leaning WVU over 30 TT.
