Colby's wrestling and pace was incredible. He beat Lawler in every phase pretty much every minute of the fight. Now both he and Kamaru are 15-1. That should be a very high level title fight.

Colby has better striking defense but Askren is still the better grappler imo. Colby looked good in the feet though. He outstruck Lawler in the later rounds which Askren would not have done.

Have to disagree with you in that one. Looked like Robbie robbed the fans. He couldn't stuff any takedowns, blocked the majority of the time and barely mounted any offense. When Colby had his back, it felt like they were in the dorm living room practicing. It felt like a WWE match to be honest.

Usman is gonna destroy Colby. Hope the line is close so I can hammer the Nightmare.

To get an accurate depiction of Lawler's kickboxing you might have to go back to his fight with RDA where his striking accuracy was far lower against someone with a more well rounded game.

RDA beat Robbie Lawler. Colby Covington beat RDA. MMA math says Colby should probably be the favorite here but like they say styles make fights.

So glad i didn't bet the main event. Robbie isn't one of the brighter fighters and he went right into fighting like an idiot. Colby boxing is so borderline average and Robbie was doing shit almost like he was throwing the fight. What the fuk was that. bobbing and weaving every second of the fight like he was fighting a prime Anderson Silva. Did Robbie throw one counter punch the whole fight? Was he actually trying to tire Colby out when Colby has cardio for days and with his recent nose surgery prolly gave him cardio for months. I was going to bet Colby but just couldn't lay those odds. If i would have bet Robbie i would have puked my guts out. WTF was he trying to accomplish. Throw a fuking counter punch for christs sakes. Bobbing and weaving Bobbing and weaving he must have been dizzy when he got in the back.
