Wow just saw one book(Heritage) now has the Yank total @ 10.! And the Nats total now at 7.5, I guess alot thinking the same that I did.This very hot weather in places like NY and Wash. may help the ball to carry better. FYI - Did you know that of all the MLB parks U.S. Cellular Field by far is affected the most by hot,humid conditions.Comment -

yes I wish they had studies about the difference a ball carries in 45% humidity compared to 90% humidity.....it would be intresting to see, I dont think temperature has much significance on carry besides the effect temperature has on the humidity, which in turn effects the balls ability to carryComment -
In all my years betting baseball I have never(ex. when Rocks started) seen a total jump 2 runs in a few hours. Was lucky to get in @ 9 but only because I deviated from my routine and started looking at the games around 7:00 am. Hope this hits........................glComment -

MINN. +145 2 UNITS - This is one of those games where it just looks too easy to bet Pitt. Hendriks on the bump for Twins.He started out the year going 0-2 with a ERA of 9.00 then sent down to AAA.In is 1st start back on Sat. he gave up 3 HR'S in 5 innings.His last 3 starts has an ERA of 11.92 and a sky high WHIP of 2.560.! On the other hand going for Pitt. is McDonald who has been a stud.His last 4 starts has a ERA of 1.87 in 24 innings and at home a ERA of 1.75 and a great WHIP of 0.928 in 46 innings.!! I would of thought the line to be higher and in fact is moving a little lower. So I think the Twins are worth a little taste here.................................... ..........glComment -

a4u we will get winners(hopefully) its a long season and don't much like I-L play. So when this is over (I-L) I will begin to power weight games more and that should help.But no rush to get back looses (Minn. error just cost 3 runs.!) I am very pragmatic in my approach to betting baseball and from here on in the throttle is open if the opportunity is there.Example betting 4 games in a day a 5 unit,2 unit,2 unit,1 unit.So one can go 1-3 and worst B/E. Of course if the top play looses then you may still B/E or have a bad day.Betting baseball is like a shooting guard in basketball.....................one will be hot and cold over time. Yea RyDogg my bad it was 10-1, I looked @ 3 parlay possibilities put the wright one down but with the wrong payout.!! That was great hitting a parlay with a +185 dog.!! Should of would of could of liked ATL. ALSO @+185 but passed due to not wanting to bet too many I-L games.Comment -

Why is this ST.LOU/KC total so high.?? Saw many 9.5 and just saw a 10.! I know wind blowing out to rt. @ 17 mph.............but both teams are not hitting that well and most importantly both pitchers have a very good GO/AO RATIO.! They are mostly ground out type of pitchers. The under could be a play.Comment -
CT im really torn on this one..i have been struggling with my cards as of late, been ok with the totals but cant get a grasp on them right now (played kc yesterday ff and gm,lol..but hit the over easily).. their MO as of late has been a huge outburst of runs every so often but then regress back to struggling to top 3 damn runs.. huge boost to them having Jay back in the lineup as that gives cards a legit table setter for heart of order, having Hamilton is also a nice boost..this a rematch from last weekend of Mendoza and Waino, Mendoza pitched well but whole gm i had feeling "cards should hit this guy", wainwright is returning back to form finally, his curve came back several starts ago (it really snapping) but his last start he was hitting 92 w the fastball more frequently which is nice change from the 89-90 he has displayed most of the year and he seems to be getting a feel for his cutter, bottom line is even when waino not himself he is still a bulldog with ace mentality that i love, think you can count on 7 strong from him, pen still a concern as they are having real problems getting out lefties (which kc is stacked with)....Cards have no business struggling the way they have at the plate, but can i really say this latest outbreak is any different than the last 3 times they busted out for a huge gm? last 13 cards have posted 3 huge totals then right back to only scoring 3 or less..the weather and ump (to a extent) makes me think cards continue hitting here but like i said they have me all crossed up as of late..waiting on team totals as if i was to play under it would more than likely be kc tt under as just dont know what Cards bats are gonna bring these days..Comment -
i will add that if Cards are patient against Mendova i think they can get some pitches up in the k-zone, they have really strayed from what Big Mac preaches as hitting coach lately (who would have thought my guy big Mac would be such a good hitting coach? but i love the approach he usually has this team taking at the plate)Comment -
2daBank as a whole I like the Cards and you are spot on about their scoring.! Last 10 games:1,3,3,10,2,5,1,1,1,2 runs.! Wainwright has got his velocity up which really helps in getting more torke on the breaking ball.The more I think about this game the under could be a play......................Good luck to ya today.!!Comment -
im just rolling with Cards ff -.5 and ml gm..which is horrible idea as i mentioned they have been uncommonly tough on me lately (wouldnt blame anyone for fading,lol)...ff with waino is no brainer for me, just need bats to be patient w Mendoza..total where it at cause Mendoza factor (if cards act right no way this guy pitches 2 consecutive good gms against them imo) and cards pen vs lefties is awful, which scares me from total...
