Ok- so I'm just playing the "fade version" because I have read this thread and it is VERY hard to follow. If I purly just followed the FADE version TODAY BOSTON would be a FADE- Everyone agree? For some reason becasue they shut out the angels people made them a TAIL. That's fine but I guess THOSE people play this so one system can cancell another. BECAUSE Boston got Shut out 5 games ago and they have NOT lost since! I am FADING THEM. NOW- please tell me if this is right or wrong. I really don't undersand how such a simple system can be so confusing

Interesting thread .. I'll start today with Atari's labby line system (4 Game 1&2 lines, 2 Game 3&4 lines and 2 Game 5&6 lines). They look pretty good.

One thing I don't get so far - who came up with the omit list and how? Seems strange that LAD is on the omit list for both systems. If you are betting ON a team with one system and AGAINST a team with the other system, how can the same team be bad for both systems? If you are a lower tier team and therefore get omitted from being bet on, wouldn't that make you an even higher % chase when betting against you?

Everyone has access to the MLB scores. If you want to play 1 system or both.. start today. Look at yesterdays scores.
System 1: Fade a team that has been shutout. This is a 6 game chase.
System 2: Tail a team that shut another out. This is a 5 game chase.

Play them straight up, as a labby, or as a martingale chase.... do it how you wish.
Is spoon-feeding really necessary?

Maybe there are a lot of questions because the system sometimes gives you games where you're supposed to play both teams. This system's not for me; for those who partake, good luck.

I agree this is the simplest system around but it can get confusing if you are playing both sides. But, if someone doesn't post the plays then there's nothing to talk about and the thread will die!

We could open things up to other "simple" system, ideas that could help expands ones bankroll. Personally I play a Yankees system (really not much of a system) and a Home Dog Parlay.

Correct. I will start today with this system since I've just found the thread .. that's why I just took ebbearsfb1's list from yesterday and added today's results. I'll probably stop posting games the next 2-3 days until I'm all synced up.
I have to figure out the games anyway since I'm from Europe and waiting for ebbearsfb1 to post them may be too late for me. It's probably not a bad idea to post the games twice, so that Euro players also get the games in time and the US players can double check with ebbearsfb1's list.

Btw: since the Angels have won 5-0, that would not only make a "fade Angels game 2" but also "tail Angels game 1" if you are playing both systems.

137 to win back the original 121 (with a -114 line) you lost last night plus 100 to win 89.29

The problem is all I see you guys doing is even whole numbers which tells me you are not actually betting anything which is fine if it's correct! but I see no real world use of this - UNLESS someone corrects me and shows me how I'm wrong (which they never seem to do! )

Does anyone know how to get the scores from past seasons in some nice format like CSV?
I'm trying to write a little program for backtesting a couple of seasons and I need a nice way to import data. The best thing I've found so far is:

You can print the table in a CSV format which makes it easy for a program to read in. The problem with that site is that I have to do it for every team individually. I'm kind of looking for a CSV with the all the scores from ALL teams instead of downloading 30 different CSV files with just the selected team scores.
