And again... i was wring thinking the bulls would get an evenly officiatted game at Home

I though the refs could continue their bias in Game 6 and 7 in Miami when it wouldnt be so obvious

AND... IF YOU CHECK WHEN I POSTED MY "EXCUSES/ BITCHING"...I POSTED IT WHEN THE BULLS HAD A 9 POINT LEAD.... BUT AFTER THE HEAT HAD JUST GOT 10 STRAIGHT POINTS FROM THE FOUL LINE IN THE FIRST 4 MINS OF THE 4TH Q TO KEEP THEM FROM GETTING BLOWN OUT

I honestly never saw your post and wasn't referring to you regarding making excuses, b/c this forum blew up after game with a ton of other posts. Your post wasn't even an excuse, b/c you basically said, Bulls will win, but these refs suck. As you alluded in that post, Bulls should have certainly won and still should have covered the small # despite refs if they simply made shots down the stretch. I agree, refs kept Bulls from ending game early in the 4th by extending lead and blowing them out, but Bulls didn't close the game and all they had to do was make another shot or have two less turnovers down the stretch to cover that small #. Hell if Rose makes that FT, Bulls have great shot to go to OT and cover at home. After all Miami was worst team in the league at making a game tying or winning shot in the final 10 seconds of the game.

For the guy asking about how you cap baseball, everyone has different strategies and a lot goes into it. First off, you need to be familiar not only the game itself but also the teams. I say the game itself, because you need to understand that every single team in the MLB whether they are the best or worst, basically wins 1/3 of their games and loses 1/3 of their games. 1/3 of the season is 54 games and generally the best teams have 60-70 losses and the worst teams have about 60 wins. So what makes you a great team or a bad team is what you do with that other 50-60 games, b/c you're definitely going to win and lose 50+. The biggest thing people look at when choosing games is the pitching matchups and I also look at other trends as far as how hot or cold teams are in a matchup. The third thing is "value" As I raised regarding one of GG pick the other day, which was Boston -170 @ Cleveland, was that I didn't see value in the game. That simply means that you're laying a lot considering the circumstances. That was my take and GG responded that he saw Vegas begging you to take Cleveland. Both valid points and sure it was an easy win and I never thought Boston would not have the advantage in that game, but I just didn't see the value. Another example of value was the ChiSox last night. You were getting great money at +130 w/ the White Sox having Humber on the mound vs Morrow, who has really struggled and Humber has absolutely dominated.

I mentioned a strategy I have been using only the last week and that is to pick two teams from every set of MLB series on the board that I think are going to win the series and I simply bet them every game. If the team wins the first two then I don't take the 3rd game no matter what. Last weekend I took the Phillies who won the first two, so I didn't bet the third and they lost the third, so that saved me, but even if they won the 3rd, it wasn't worth the risk when I started out 2-0 imo and then I took the White Sox who split the first two and then won the rubber match. If you can successfully pick the winner of a series, you will make money regardless of the lines on those games....pretty much.

Another heartbreaking loss in the NBA, I have been on the same plays you have been on the past week with the exception of a few totals. I made every play on my own but later saw that you were on all of them and made me feel better about them. I have to say this has been the roughest 4 day stretch of brutal beats that I have ever had in my life. Granted I am only betting $200 to $300 per play but I just figured it up and I should be up over 4,000 this week but instead I am down $600. Luckily for me I have hit all of my big baseball bets except for Monday when I was on the same side as you with all the big games. Greek you are one of the best if not the best on the forum, I know things will turn around for you and all of this will just be a bad memory in a couple of months after destroying baseball. I never blindly tail anyone hardly but if I see you are on a play opposite of me it will make me reevaluate my play and either lower my bet or completely stay off the bet and I can promise it has helped me more than it has hurt me. Why the over? Wind is blowing in, it's cool in Chicago and the Bucs offense sucks lately. Maybe Davis is the answer to their offensive woes, but they did nothing against Minor the other day who has also been awful, probably worse than Davis

I know that...I'm not asking him to lay out his complete method I'm just asking anyone in this thread who is experienced what are some factors that play into how they cap...like line movement, home/road, ballpark tendencies, etc. I'm just trying to be more educated instead of blindly tailing without knowledge ( not saying tailing gg hasn't been profitable for me)

If anyone on this thread could cap, they would not be following Greek. It's really hard to say what the key factors are,at least I have not singled out the main ones. Every time you think, you got this capping deal by the balls you lose 10 straight. I think it's a combination of experience, feel, line movement,momentum and weather. Great cappers are able to put it all together and get it right at about 60%. It's very tough, so I follow Greek, because my capping along with 90% of all gamblers sucks.. Good Luck.
