No problem...I've rather enjoyed it thus far. its been a decent starting point for the bets i've placed. when the dogs on here win and match up with the "Ali & Hayduke's" picks...the record is 33-24 (57.8%). I started tracking it about six weeks ago. the past two weeks, i've taken any team with a winning streak of 3 games or more...and if they win their sim, i bet them and any team with a losing streak of 3 games or more, i fade them...small sample size but as of today the record is 29-18/+10.3u (61.7%). Just trying to figure out different ways to use the info from the sim'ed games...if anyone has any ideas...don't be shy, share with the class.

Interesting. I've been making plays in the "Dog of the Day" thread. I might try that with your results. I've been cross-referencing my selections with yours just see if I was seeing the same things as others. I've been amazed by the results. I got to tell you, this seems like a major undertaking, but I really appreciate the information. Thanks!

Thanks for the hard work you keep putting in every day doing this my friend! I've been following closely to see if I could possibly create a new model based on this, or perhaps implement it somehow into my current models and enhance them.

Quick question - do you happen to have the record broken down by favorites and dogs? I know I can just go back and count/record myself based on your posts and bold dog plays, but figured I'd ask first in case you had kept track of that as well. Didn't want to spend that amount of time looking back if you actually already have those particular figures! Trying to keep track of these plays in a spreadsheet using closing lines every day (as that is the most accurate measure of 'fair' market price for the teams).

Don't know what the average price (meaning odds) for the games are so far, but assuming you'd make a wager based on the sims for every game, the current 55%+ success rate certainly indicates very high profit potential, especially if the avg odds are close to -110 or lower (which may not be the case of course); we'll know for sure with more data.

since i started tracking the dogs in bold, their record is 77-81 as of yesterday. Haven't tracked the favs or o/u's. i've bet on about 95% of the games i've simulated thus far and after yesterday, i was up 20u. a few of the games i just don't agree with so i stay away...but other than that...i play almost all of em. i said in a previous message on the thread using the results of the simulated game with any team that is streaking hot/cold and betting of fading them accordingly. its been rather profitable thus far, but a super small sample size. if the positive results continue for another week or so, i planned on starting to post those plays. right now its 37-20 and up 16.53u in around 12 days.

if you come up with any other way to use the info from the simulation...im all ears. other than that...i hope i answered what you were asking...and BOL

Nice...glad i could be of assistance...i took em as well...along with the white sox at +140. dogs did pretty good yesterday going 5-3.
