Hag, you played it correctly. As the season winds down, I want to thank you personally for all you've done.

This season was a disappointment leading to the first time it was unprofitable between official and unofficial plays.

Hopefully we avoid another loss which would ensure another season where the official plays were profitable (still hasnt gone negative through my back test).

I am curious though. I may have forgotten to mention this (football research), but were august plays unofficial? I thought that was how I posted them last year? I could be wrong though as ive backtested many systems.

If I find time ill go back and check as that would make a large difference in the official plays profit

The way I posted the system last year is public record so whether its me or someone else who looks first, im not trying to make an excuse of the minimal loss this system had (feels a lot worse with the amount of grinding it takes with a baseball system)

When you first came out with the rules of the system you said official ends July 31st but then came back and said August 31st. When I get time I'll go back to last years thread and see where you stopped. For now I'll keep official up until the end of the month.

I went back and checked last years thread. You ended the season on 08/25 (post #780 page 23). So I presume all official plays would have to be completed by the end of the month and not started where they would finish in September.

Notes: Just want to get you all up to speed here. This is technically the last official play of the season. According to the "Champs" new rules this year, he has changed the date from 08/31 to 08/23 for the end of official plays. He got bit by a couple late August series losses over the last few years and he wants to keep his record as pristine as possible. I will finish out the season and note which plays would normally be official by rpi numbers. There are several good series coming up where we should cash in on them. Whether you bet them or not is always your choice.

P.S. We picked up one sweep yesterday.
