I'm on the under 7.5 -110 Marlins/Padres today. LT wrote a good write up and I agree with him. Looks like Dickey is pitching well again today as his velocity was better again.

I wonder sometimes when line movement coincides with a team melting down late. For instance, the line moved against the Twins all day long. They're up 4-3 in the 8th, and sure enough, totally implode. Coincidence?

Probably something to do with the bullpens.

The Mets score 1 in the 7th, 1 in the 8th, 1 in the 9th, and I bet they score 1 in the 10th to win.

Some of these bullpen guys are straight up garbage. It's pretty frustrating. I had two leans, Dbags and Yanks and I ended up playing the Dbags.

The Yankees looked like a sure loser all game and will probably end up winning. The Dbags are up 3-0 heading into the 7th and are going to end up blowing it most likely.

It really pisses me off when these bullpen guys continue to walk the lead off man in extra innings. You have one job, to throw strikes.

At least make the other team beat you instead of gifting them a runner in scoring position with one out. I would rather the other guy hit it out of the park than get a free pass.

I don't know how long you've been doing this but it's hard as hell to make money even if you're good at it. If you're paying for picks on top of that, you're not going to make anything for sure.

Also, every time someone pays for these "services" they always seem to end up pissed off after they're hitting like 48% and down hundreds.

If these guys were so good at picking games, wouldn't they already be making enough coin so they wouldn't need to do this?

BigD...now ARZ manages to score in the top of the 13th...what're the chances that their bp will be able to hold whatever lead they take into the bottom of the 13th...and what're the chances that the leadoff hitter gets walked...aaaaarrrrrggggghhhhh...

keep reminding yourself these professionals get paid ridiculous amounts to not be able to bunt, to drop fly balls, to not look at the third-base coach when running the bases...etc...etc...

as salaries have gone up, mastery of the fundamentals has gone down (also dreadfully true in NBA)

maddening shit lyk this used to be an occasional exception...now it's night after goddam night of unbelievable incompetence...you gotta watch college level and lower ball to see garden-variety execution of all the little things that win ball games and effort-levels that you could describe as "hustle"

FTR, faves have been hitting like crazy lately and there are a lot of lopsided chalky favorites that might be ripe to go down tonight -- no real reason to justify the price on ATL, BOS, WAS, etc. in my book. Way too much juice to back Medlen, Lackey and china doll Strasburg. Even Grimm at -160 is absurd in Texas, no matter how bad Fat Joe Saunders is. And someone out there loves the Rockies, so beware of backing Kerfax in Coors.

I'm not saying all of those heavy favorites will lose, but don't be surprised if you end up well in the red playing them all. I'd be especially leery of Arizona and the Dodgers.

that same someones been on oswalts nuts in every one of his starts..ill take my chances and say thanx for the cheaper price on doyers. 70% of balls hit vs old roy have been fly balls, gl with that @ coors..

i agree bravos price is stupid and put a half unit on fish..

nats price sick but mil terrible and lineup looks like shit tonight, harper back and nats starting to hit i doubt they lose but yea they overpriced , read somewhere they like 9-1 last 10 they been -200 or more favs..
