The sox bats are cold to lefties in the last five, the yanks are much hotter, batting just under .300
The yanks are also better lifetime against lester than the bosox are against Sabathia.

I may have alluded to it before, but no worries. When I cap games, I don't look at the line until I come up with an expected outcome. Once I have that outcome, say for example I think the Cubs will win today's game against Arizona 70% of the time (this is just as an example, I don't think the chance is that high). The line on the game is -140 so to make a profit Chicago just has to win more than 58% of the time. The greater the delta between my expected and the given line, the greater the units I play.
