    Completely agree.

    Pennetta wasn't bad in her opening match against Aga, the Pole was just way too good. Also first match in the heat didn't help Flavs either. Cooler day in Perth today (24 Celsius) which will help the Italian. Plenty of value, can't be ignored.

    Yeah, that's right. Also Radwanska had too much trickery for her. Sam is more of a baseline to baseline dualer, which suits Penneta more.

    Pennetta has a 4-0 H2H against Stosur, with all matches coming on hard courts and three of them in straight sets. She showed good hard court form last year after coming back from a 6 month injury lay-off, reaching the semi-finals at the US Open, with wins over Errani, Kuznetsova, Halep and Vinci on the way.


    Stosur is a completely different player in Australia. In 2012 and 2013, she was a combined 2-6 on home soil, with wins over Yakimova as a $1.03 favourite and Chang as a $1.19 favourite. Her mental struggles when she plays in Australia are well documented, and to be getting these odds for someone who holds such a commanding H2H advantage over her is too good to pass up.
