SBR is great at resolving these kinds of issues----I am guessing if Kerry filed a complaint with SBR---JB could respond by proving/or not if a ********** indeed happened. That would end the issue once and for all.

So why not just agree to that?

I offered to do that. Honestly, I don't owe them anything and they don't owe me anything, so its a non issue IMO.

But I will continue to speak out against a book that has its employees threatening to call neighbors and friends at 3 in the morning for something I didn't even do.

Maybe Justbet is a great book. They do need to fire that POS Scott Carter though b/c he is bringing them down big time with those ridiculous threats.

History and our collective SBR experience certainly is against you.

I have been here for more than 3 plus years---and I have seen literally dozens of guys, maybe more----who not only **********, but they actually create threads/posts bragging about stiffing a book.

And, while I have read about books behaving badly---I can't seem to recall an instance where a book just blindly chose a player to demand money from them.

Again---that doesn't make you guilty of a **********, but it also works against you here.

Before having yourself branded as a ********** artist and potentially denied that deposit method at books in the future, it might be a prudent decision to simply file a sportsbook complaint so we can follow up on your behalf.

This is a good one. I myself wont ever play with JustBet again because they have broken promises of bonuses to me after I sent my funds on 2 occassions and then delayed my 2900 payout and lied to me the whole time about why. I did finally get paid but never got anything for being jerked around except for a ton of sales calls asking me to deposit. Every week it seems like I have somebody new calling claiming that they manage my account. Must be alot of turnover.

you can see the live chat on page 2 of this thread. All we did is ask him to honor his payments as we would have honored his payout if he won his bets. He agreed as you can see from the chat. All we did is post our side to counter his false accusations since he brought it here. Like I stated earlier, we have no intent to get into a war with him but to simply adhere to his decent side and simply do the right thing and present the facts when being accused falsely. This could be easily resolved mutually and fairly outside this forum if there is a will to do so. Last thing anyone wants is too air their dirty laundry here. This is a rare occurrence thankfully.
