    Hey Rio you forgot the Penn St +8.5 vs Illinois. I don't remember the date but he lost that one too. It was when they were having that big blizzard in Illinois.

    I think you are thinking about N.W. vs Illinois. There were many other plays, but they were not "Rubberband Plays." There are "big plays," "locks," and other such plays, but I didn't bother with those.
