Fellow players I want to take a moment to warn everyone of a new site that is opening in the next day or so. I was a big player with them and took 12.5K and turned it into 120K in 10 days. I tried to take a withdrawal and things turned ugly. First they said the bonus I recieved up front and subsequent bonus' were not authorized and had I not recieved the bonus' I would not have turned the bankroll I did.

I did not give the bonus' they did? Well bottom line it appears they are and will do anything to avoid payouts. They now list max payouts as 5K. Take a look at the site it is new and just now getting ready to open.

Here is the latest string I sent to them in an e-mail with not reply at all and now they have locked my account which had a balance of over 120K. For those of you like me, we sometimes would like to see wire transfers come our way and not always out of pocket. My suggestion is let's jointly shut this site down before it begins. Pass this along to all players you know, rookies as well.

Here is the e-mail:

If the money went the other way the last few nights instead of me continuing to win I doubt we would be talking about this. I am certain that had I lost all the money and sent another wire they would have accepted it with open arms.

Let me understand that of the 120K that is in my bankroll of which 12,500 was deposited by me the Bet Superior is unwilling to pay anything? They are not willing to pay the 120K? not willing to negotiate a portion of the winnings? Not willing to transfer the money to a more reputable offshore online book? Unwilling to even return my deposited money?

So if I can assess this correctly the way Bet superior will be working with their members is that they will accept money with open arms but do not win as you will most likely not get paid? They will promise the world and provide nothing? As long as they are receiving and not giving all is well but if a player gets hot they play with the software to make the house odds more favorable (learned this first hand)! They will take small actions not noticeable by the average gambler but to someone with a little intelligence will detect.

So if the public via whatever means was to find out the tactics, policies and practices I(all synonyms actually) they would probably steer clear from this new not yet off the ground website. It would probably be a real problem if the public found out that a web site that at one point was soliciting a player to endorse the site was now kicking the player as far away from them as possible? Why do you think? Was the player on one of the rare streaks a gambler goes on and wins constantly? God forbid that we let some of the winnings to the house be turned over to some of the players? I guess this information has a way of getting out in a much more colorful way than an e-mail. I guess financial institutions through the USA have ways of finding out about off shore gaming sites and God forbid the site loses it's means of receiving funds.

Oh well I will just wait and see what the management personnel at Bet Superior decide what is the right thing to do by the player and for their web site and business.

I just completed filling out a complaint form and thank you for your concern. It is hard not to collect when you have made so many deposits to so many sites. They just shut me down and are trying every lame excuse they can. Bottom line is I sent them 12.5K via ** and wire so I know they received the money.....they gave the bonus' so why do they say I am not entitled to my winnings since they say I was not entitled to my bonus. Just one more thing.....they made me wager 225k before I obtained the bonus......they don;t even want to discuss that.

It sounds as if maybe you knew someone there who set you up and those above that person do not agree with the deal. Am I on the right path?

I wrote you an e-mail to your address but you are dead on target. I followed this one gentleman from book to book as he treated me with respect and gave me good bonus'. He says it is the management of the company but when he got me to come over he told me he was going to be the CEO of this site. Obviously not but I do not know why the site is penalizing me. I followed the rules and just got very very hot and won quite a bit of money. Gives a bad taste in ones mouth to always give and not be able to receive when you win.

Anything you can do and anything SBR can do would be greatly appreciated.

I continue to get phone calls from my agent as he advises he has been terminated. Although I feel sorry for him why do I get penalized for actions taken by my agent when all he was trying to do was keep his player happy. Now I am getting add'l phone calls from other agents at BetSuperior.com? If they are not paying why do they want me to stay as a player? Because i have made large deposits in the past to various books and they know I wire money quickly. They need to do the same. i hope you continue and I hope you are successful in getting if not all some of my money.

Thank you Bill. Obviously you have some less than average intelligent people frequenting this site. Sifting through the foolish posts I appreciate all those that can see the wrong that is being done by this book.

Shame is he was doing his job in attracting players on how he treated them. They obviously did not like that and actually asked him to sign something saying he was wrong in giving bonus' money so that they had something to show you. It appears you have put a little fear into this site "don't forget it players BetSuperior.com they should be boycotted by all, at least unless Bill finds out something they will do to correct their actions".

Not only have I not been stiffed, I've never been paid more than a week late. Sending money overseas to a book - "reputable" or not - is rolling the dice. Sooner or later you will win big, make a withdrawal, and get ****ed. And there's absolutely nothing you can do about it. At least with the local book you know mutual people, you can hunt him down, you can take action. All this online stuff is just a lot of whining and empty threats in the ether.

This guy clearly did it b/c they offered him some kind of unreal bonus where unless the casino was completely rigged he essentially couldn't lose. But most do it b/c in reality the A+ books are far better funded than your local bookie and also the convenience and lines offered (halves, quarters, props, etc.) and ability to shop lines, etc. associated with online books as well as the fact most A rated books have very fast payouts, it is highly unlikely that an A rated book would simply decide not to pay you out b/c you won big, but I suppose anything is possible, given the choice between winning 100k at BetJamaica, Bookmaker, Matchbook etc. or winning a 100k (like the guy that started this thread did) from a local bookie I would definitely be more confident in being paid by the online books. The key here is everyone wants to play D/F or unrated books b/c they offer much better bonuses (you are able to offer better bonuses when you are running a scambook that doesn't have to worry about expenses like payouts) and those books are mostly run by con artists who have no problems at all slow paying or outright stealing from you and should be avoided at all cost.

Guys we see these every year. A guy will go on that one perfect storm roll of a lifetime. Thats why we preach to stay with the A+ books so when your roll of a lifetime comes you can close the deal and get paid. TheGreek, Pinnacle, Bookmaker would have stroked that guy a check without blinking. But the crap books are not going to pay these kind of big winners.
