The Boston Celtics host the Miami Heat after taking a commanding 3-1 series lead, as we offer our top Heat vs. Celtics player props based on the best NBA odds for Game 5.

After a commanding 102-88 win on Monday, the Boston Celtics (64-18) return home to TD Garden in Boston, Mass. for Game 5 against the Miami Heat (46-36) on Wednesday.

Jayson Tatum Over 15.5 assists + rebounds ⭐⭐⭐⭐

This drought must be hard to stomach for Massholes. The city of Boston hasn't seen a championship since 2018 - when both the Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots won titles. Luckily for them, the Celtics have been flexing their muscles against the Heat.

Despite Jayson Tatum, the NBA Finals MVP odds favorite, having a subpar series in the scoring department, the Celtics' average margin of victory has been 18 points. While Tatum's shooting has been off, the five-time All-Star has found another way to impact the game. He's been sucking in boards like he's Kirby while dealing out assists like Ray Bourque.

With Tatum averaging 10 rebounds and six assists per game in the series, these +102 odds are a steal. This same prop is -105 at our other best sportsbooks, implying a 51.22% probability it hits, according to our odds calculator. But our odds pay out $19.43 on a $10 bet.

Derrick White Over 24.5 points + rebounds + assists ⭐⭐⭐

Ten years ago, Derrick White couldn't even get a D-I scholarship. Five years ago, he was in the NBA G League. And two years ago, he was struggling to reach double-digit points in the playoffs. In Game 4, he dropped 38 on the Heat while adding three blocks.

The performance must have hurt Erik Spoelstra deeply, because he's the perfect "Heat Culture" type of player. White has been the definition of a game changer as a defensive dynamo while averaging 21.8 points, 3.5 assists, 3.3 rebounds, and four made threes per game.

Even with White's scoring output likely to regress in Game 5, he's taken advantage of a Heat perimeter defense that allowed 3.23 made 3-pointers per game to shooting guards in the regular season. The -110 odds imply a 52.38% probability he hits the Over with a $10 bet cashing an $8.75 profit.

Bam Adebayo Over 20.5 points ⭐⭐⭐⭐

At least Adebayo landed with the Heat and found a coach in Spoelstra that could turn him into an All-Star.

Without Butler and Rozier, Miami never stood a chance against Boston, but don't tell Adebayo that. He's been pouring his soul into this series and with three 21-plus performances in four games. His physicality and athleticism have caused issues, and he's averaging 22.5 points.
