Don't be silly! I don't care what people talk about in here as long as everyone's cool with each other. I like having a nice, happy thread.

Well I went to bed last night fearing the worst. I also ended up dumping a pretty good chunk on Petkovic @ -200 because that was one of those picks where I felt 99% sure of a winner. As much as you can in the WTA anyway.

Luckily I woke up to a nice winner with her, to see the parlay with her and Pavly cashed, and to find a winner with Chela. Along with the Starace win, it made for a good day in the end. I shouldn't have added those last minute plays but live and learn. Sometimes they work out and sometimes they kick you in the shin.

Hope everyone had a profitable one!

........im done....i hope i just lose this so i can finally quit betting.......no more of this stressing games out....i cant believ i just did that...instead of cashing out the profits..i just went all in....

Well, I think you'll win your bet but maybe you should take a break after this? Gambling seems to be stressing you out a bit and unless this is your FT job - at which point it becomes very serious - then you should be able to have a good time with your bets, win or lose.

haha dont worry shari it wasnt you who convinced me about sharapova so if i lose its okay....this is not my ft job...im a biomedical engineering student .....nexst year i get my bachlors...then maybe medical school or ill continue towards my masters....i have a bright future...just summer vacation so put in a few hundred to see where it leads made 4 times the profit now im gonna piss away the profit and my initial deposit..im such an idiot

...i lost 4 units today and i just got pissed and went all in to chase...i guess im not cut out for this......

if you must know i put in 200 i am up to 800 now...gonna piss the 800 bucks away....im gonna think of it as pissing away 200 bucks just to make me feel a bit better

Nah, I didn't think you did this FT. I was just trying to say that you should just have fun with it. Once it starts to become too serious, it's always a good time to take a break.

It doesn't matter though - at the end of this match you'll have $1200 in your account.

NJDevils, you sweat too much man. Part of the betting is to feel for the excitement and enjoy through the process. You will have ups and downs and have to ride through the cold streak. And if you can don't try to go ALL IN in single play. In sports, anything can happen.

Dementieva won the last match they played mainly because Sharapova was going through the biggest slump of her career at the time.

Step away from the computer and come back when the match is done. I'm telling you - you'll add years to your life that way!

It happens man. You will learn lesson by yourself as you go along in recreational betting or professional betting. We were all newbies at one point man. Noone was perfect. I have made plenty of mistakes myself when I was a noob beginning better.
