I was throwing out one of the few Japanese words I know in honor of the two peabrains who chased me away from betting this tournament anymore this week.
Blacky - you missed nothing. I had two dog bets. One choked away the match after winning the first and being up 5-2 in the second and the other was Krummy all around.
Have a parlay pending and deciding what else I'm going to bet. A bit worried that today might be my dud day. I guess we'll see soon enough.

Didn't Zvonereva win Pattaya last year?

Yeah. She's smart going there instead of Paris. It's pretty much another guaranteed championship for her unless she breaks an ankle or something. Even then she could probably still win it.

I suggest no one pays attention to this. I'm merely fading Petkovic based on her statement after her last match that she had to call the physio during the match because her back was bothering her due to the transition from clay at the Fed Cup to here. She also said she's really tired and since I took Kucova in her last match, I'm going to put a half unit on this play.
Kucova +575
I'm probably pissing money away though so again, just ignore this. I'd just be pissed off if Petko lost and I had read her statement but didn't bet it.

Why not jus put the combined amount on the ML at 6.75?? more profit?

Thanks Shari. Anyone watched the Lubicic/Pare match? Pare just offially replaced Monfis to become the number 1 clown of ATP. He thought he was playing an exhibition match. Good entertainment and also good money though

I'm not watching. I'm too busy laughing my ass off at this Kvitova match. Strycova served for the match 3 times and blew it so now its in a third set TB. After 3 hours.
Someone on another forum said Strycova is crying.

Yeah, I said on TI that neither of these two bloody peabrained Fruit Loops deserved to win. Strycova pisses away three service games for the match, then she can't hold serve in the TB but neither could Kvitova so she pissed away 5 MPs I think in the TB. Very, very bad mistake on my part sticking her in a parlay.

Yeah I had her in a parlay with Berdych so it cashed. I was watching the match and neither woman seemed to want to win. In the tiebreak, Kvitova kept winning Strycova's 2nd service point but then lost her own first service point. I'm not even sure how many times that happened. Really pissed me off.

Is anyone leaning Karlovic +160 over Verdasco?
He appears to have an edge over Verdasco on faster surfaces. Anyone know why he took the second half of last year off?

I took him in the tennis contest to make the Semis but I can't put money on him yet although I told my friends to back him against Murray. Still pissed about his Aussie Open retirement when I had a lot of money against him so I'm still holding a grudge.

Karlovic's record hasn't been very good lately. He's also like 32 years old. Still could win.

I'm so glad I didn't touch the Baghdatis/Murray match. I thought there could be a good chance that Murray was gonna be off his game after the Aussie meltdown.

Who do you like with De Bakker vs Youzhny? De Bakker lost 7 straight matches (going back into 2010) until finally winning his last one. He's been total shit but backing Youzhny always scares me.

I've been looking for 3 hours for someone to throw in a parlay with Dolgo and I almost put Youzhny in but I don't think I can trust him at this price. If I were to take him it'd be more to fade deBakker but if deBakker's serving well, i think he can cause Youzhny some trouble. So hard to say though.

Thanks Shari. They don't show that injury on the stats site Ive been using. Any idea if the injury is still a factor at all?

I was thinking the opposite! Came back from a 7 month layoff with 2 wins at Doha, then took Dodig to 5 sets at Aussie Open. Went down in 3 tie breaker sets to Brand in Zagreb, then cleaned up Sweeting first round here.
Was thinking that was an excellent come back so far. Particularly the way he played out a couple of long matches.

Shari do you really like Dolgo? because I think Starace makes this a very difficult match for him on clay. thoughts?

I have a harder time trusting Dolgopolov. His price is still dropping too. I'm on Youzhny. de Bakker can win, but the only way he wins is if he serves lights out and Youzhny serves like a mug IMO.

Yeah I'm not touching him anymore. The price is too low. The initial movement was just the standard stuff but now that it's started to drop again I'm staying away. I can totally see this being a 3 setter with him dropping a set 6-0 or 6-1. Standard Dolgo stuff and not worth the risk against a clay junkie.
Optional - I don't think the actual injury is bothering him anymore but I did see him post on Twitter after his Aussie Open loss to Dodig that he thinks he still needs to work on his volleying after being out of competition for so long. I think I'm going to put a bit on him though and cross my fingers. The price is a bit out of control considering Verdasco can be an utter flake and Ivo's got that massive serve.
Mukas- I'm staying away. The price isn't worth it anymore for me.

Does losing to Dodig and Brands amount to anything tho? He beat Harrison but that isn't saying anything. Dodig, Brands, and Harrison aren't anything compared to Verdasco. If you back Karlovic, you gotta hope that Verdasco isn't too interested. I watched him play Ram yesterday and he was killing it. I just can't trust Karlovic to beat Verdasco.

To be honest I've been ignoring the clay tournament this week for the most part so I'm a bit blind when it comes to these guys and have to rely only on numbers and other peoples' accounts of matches which I don't really like to do. I actually think Mello can win against Andujar and it's hard for me to go against Chela in this one so I'm better off just avoiding these two matches altogether.
