like turning on a humidifier and a de-humidifier in the same room at the same time...let'em fight it out!...pinny'd book "the post-workout supplements" a slight pre-ingestion favorite
_____________
or if someone switched the bottles on you...and you inadvertently took the post-workout stuff before...it could upset the space-time continuum inside your body (until you restore balance to the universe by taking the pre-stuff after)...hmmm, low-cost--but possibly dangerours--form of time travel here?)
__________
meanwhile, back in the tennis world: our buddy, wawrinka up to his old antics again...turning his efforts on and off like a tap for purely strategic reasons...think he wanted to make a statement vs. Nadal, but happy to leave Feds feeling satisfied for now...i swear Wawrinka REALLY plays only a few tournaments a year with FULL effort--and even in those, only as many matches deep into it as suits him...the rest of this guys matches are simply well-paid practice...
i'll NEVER bet on Wawrinka outside of a GS, period, cuz it's the only time he'll pull out all the stops and go balls to the wall to win...anything other than a slam, and you can never be sure he's all in effort-wise...
the same could technically said about every player, wherein an extra-special level of attainment will be sought at a grandslam...but in Wawrinka's case the "don't REALLY give a shit about anything but a slam" is ridiculously patently obvious...
he has his own reasons for whatever level of effort he's decided to allocate for a given match...those reasons we'll never know...except for at a slam, where they'll be dialed into the MAX...
with Fognini, Monfils, Jerzy...their level of focus is erratic...with Wawa it's entirely strategic...he may very well end up with a better than average haul of slams over his career...BUT with a much lower than average haul of non-slam titles to go with them...certainly not a crowd-pleasing way to play
repeat: i will NEVER bet on that weasle wawrinka again...outside of a grandslam singles match, period!Last edited by fitguy67; 05-16-15, 06:33 PM.Comment -

I think line looks sharp, but Nole can cover this. Nole 2-1 close to @4 is also a good bet but I dont want to mess with overs or 2-1's as I lose money on them in the long run.
I think public will be on fed to coverComment -

#48interesting to see what'd happen if you took them both at the same time...

Watched him in London year-end withbare eyes vs Nole with 2 friends. First the guy was on, we could not believe how Nole beat him even once in his career. Then with no reason as far as I could tell, Wawa began to hit balls to all over the place, some to audienceI would understand out by 5 to 10 cms but the guy was sending the balls to the roof.

#55Mina +5 @2.10 - 0.5x
Smallest play and maybe a "dart", as I have never watched Mina, he looks awful on paper though. Tomic wins 1 game on clay per year on his last 6 of 8 seasons, this week looks a good week to tank/not go deep before losing on the first round in RG. He will probably win today, but he should not care much for this tourney on any given dayLast edited by kenz; 05-19-15, 02:41 AM.Comment -
