#37change the book name to The Greek or Pinnacle
and see how many people agree with the OP
it's a shame that we complain about books being thieves but we don't call out people trying to scam the books just because it's a new book and not Pinnacle or The GreekComment -

#38gummy bears, you need to fix that with the tennis bets. Especially when you don't even have tennis rules posted. (Or if you do, I can't find them after 5 mins of looking). 99.9% of my bets are tennis and I have never heard of a book cancelling wagers in play, even if they carry over 3 days due to rain. If a book did that to me, I'd be out of there never to return regardless if my player was ahead or behind.Comment -

Sounds to me like you are reading way too deep into it. Line managers will make mistakes from time to time, it is common practice to delete the wagers placed by shot takers.Comment -

#40It seems to me you're not understanding what Brian was talking about. He was referring to BET THE HOOK's post about a tennis wager that was cancelled when it shouldn't have been... not the OP's about betting a bad soccer line. A book should have their rules posted. Let alone for a sport like tennis where rules for retirements - NOT carried over matches as that rule is universal - varies from book to book. I can't even fathom what the explanation for not having clearly posted rules would be. And how one could then justify cancelling bets mid way through a tennis match - when I have never heard of another book doing that - because it "messes up their accounting". Are you kidding me?Comment -

Hilarious that the OP would try to justify the line not being bad because BetRevolution also had the same lineI did not realize that BetRevolution was considered a market maker.

#42Hello Shari.
Yes I do agree that we should have our rules for Tennis games on our site. They have been updated. http://1vice.ag/house-rules.php
On a side note I want to make it clear that it was never our intention to cheat the player. When Griffin was notified by betthehook about the situation he want back and credited the wager as a win for the 8 players that had that same wager(believe it or not not all of them know about the SBR) without having to contact them, he just did it because it was the right thing to do.
If anyone has been paying attention to our book, our business model starts with great customer service. I cant even count the amount of times that we have given players money back for different stuff that other books would just tell you to **** off, Vitaly is just one of the examples.
I know a lot of people in this forum hate us but slowly but surely we are getting more and more SBR posters to give us a shot. We offer the highest bonuses, some of the fastest payouts and some of the best customer service in the business. Please continue on the hating, its only making us stronger.gummy bears, you need to fix that with the tennis bets. Especially when you don't even have tennis rules posted. Pinnacle and The Greek both have specific rules on different sports. 1Vice is an amateur book who doesn't have specific rules, and cancels bets because it throws the accounting for the week off.
Can't believe people would actually stick up for a joke of a book like this.Comment -

#49No one from an amateur book like 1vice has any right to criticise an industry legend site like Greek. Get off your high horse...your book won't be around in 3 years. Greek has had a perfect record for 15 years now....Comment -

"I will say that Griffen and George try hard to do whats right. I took some of my 5Dimes winnings to try them out. Yesterday I gad a tennis wager on Tsonga to win and the game was stopped with Tsonga winning 4-2 in the final set. Most books let the wager stand because it will be finished the next morning. 1VICE canceled the wagers because they said it messes up their accounting for the week. I was not happy because I had a sure winner. I also had an if wager off of this play that was already a winnner. Griffen made thing right and gave me my winnings. They really try hard to do right by the player as best I can see so far. Props to them so far. I am gonna try a payout pretty soon."

#57I didnt mean to stir up a ton of crap about their tennis rules. I will admit that I was not happy about my winnings going away but where most people post it here first I chose to call the book first. Griffen fixed it before we even got off the phone which was the right thing to do. I do think plays should stand until they are final no matter if it messes up the weeks accounting or not. All other books let it stand. I just wanted to give him props because he made it right because if a book screws me I post that too. You gotta report the good and the bad.Comment -

#58It shouldn't have even been an issue in the first place. Its a complete industry standard that you don't cancel tennis plays under that circumstance. Only a joke of a book would do that and not even have sports-specific rules. The complete unprofessionalism of "gummy bears" (wtf is that name about anyway?) proves just how amateur this book is. Imagine Mike and Murray of Heritage acting like that? What about Wally from Greek? You would NEVER see that. Yes, he's only an employee, but he's a representative of the company.Comment -

Not to mention it is a pain in the a.s.s. that you have to interrupt your day to call them about something that should not have happened in the first place.Comment -

#60OK few days passed by :
I have to admit i overreacted with the book - My hats off to Griffin .
Someone from his staff messed the whole thing up/ and din't know on how to grade them .So he or she voided half of them and the rest of the wagers got graded as a win.
Now as soon as i got in touch with a Griffin and explaiend to him the whole situation .
He replyed to melooks like we owe you $421Relax Griffin I am just kidding LOL
My final thoughts . Staff doesn't know this things, shit happens .
I had fallowed and supported the group .I feel like .....I bashed the book for nothing !
In the last 6 years group did all the right things and it's actully hard to find any other book nor group (if any)who would do the same .
100% payout record .
Bonuses are up to 150% .Ahahaha I am not a shill
I kicked the guy who is trying to do his best .
