After reading that chat log, I will never e-e-e-e-e-ever deposit at 5dimes, and I suggest no one else should either.

That chat log should be enough reason for an automatic downgrade to C- status. I assume that 5dimes pays SBR, so that downgrade wont happen. It also renders SBR quite useless because they cant be unbias in this situation. How fair are any of these ratings really?!?

They should at least give him a % of his winnings. When someone exploited a bug with sportsbetting, they reportedly let him keep his account as well as give the player a % of the winnings. This is not a bug in the casino software though.... just outright incompetance. But they should still give the player something. It would give 5dimes an incentive to be on their toes and do what they can to make sure that their casino is running as it should.

Dark Horse, it boggles my mind that you continue to support these shady actions taken by this book. In the real world if you or I make a bad decision, we have to pay for it, we can't just say "oops I didn't mean to do that, give me my money back, or don't take me to jail." No we pay for our mistakes. If you are in an online casino playing Blackjack are dealt a 20 and accidentally click hit when you meant to click stand and lose that hand, do you think you can get your money back? Hell no!
