QUESTION:
Is this information accurate and current? Chat took place approximately 20 minutes ago using sportsbook.com live chat.
You: hello I submitted documents via e-mail early in the morning on Tuesday April 28 for a wire transfer withdrawal, I would like to know when I can have the wire transfer processed please
Andre Sanderson: Please bear with me for a moment while I look into this...
Andre Sanderson: It takes up to 72 hours to get this information reviewed and we will send a message to the in box in the account.
You: ok well 72 hours was early Friday morning
You: that's why I waited until now to ask
You: 4 full business days
Andre Sanderson: Please bear with me for a moment while I look into this...
Andre Sanderson: You were set up for wire transfer now.
You: ok good
You: i would like to request a wire transfer withdrawal using the bank information already submitted that's on file
Andre Sanderson: Sure I am going to explained you how this works.
You: ok
Andre Sanderson: You only need to go online and submit a check request, once we have the request we will wire the funds to the banking account we have from you, it takes 5 to business days.
You: that's it?
Andre Sanderson: That is it.
You: ok
You: just one last question
You: what are the fees for the wire transfer and is my account eligible to have any of the fees credited or reimbursed after the withdrawal is processed?
Andre Sanderson: You have a free transaction per month up to $5000, after that 2% will be charged or $50 flat fee if this is less than $2500.
You: ok, so in other words, the full amount of my first request up to $5000 will be sent by the intermediary bank to my bank, and the only fees I'll have to pay are the fees charged by my bank
You: is that correct?
Andre Sanderson: That is correct.

I just recently got the 2,500 deposited back into my account from sportsbook from the bounced check long time ago. Also I made the big mistake of using my main checking account to withdraw the funds using ***.. I received an email from my bank stating that they verified the source of the bank wire and it was illegal and that they would shut down my checking account if I was to receive bank wires from that source again...
Looks like I'm going back to the check withdrawal method and praying

Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to let everyone know that I was notified on March 2nd that my check (Wachovia, again) was coming and when I got home I was surprised to see it in my mailbox! I also ended up depositing it at my local bank on March 10th, instead of cashing it at a Wachovia branch. I still see my initial check still in my account... so far it's still there.
I requested another withdrawal on Thursday, April 30th. I received a check via DHL today, Friday, May 8th. I got a check for $1,000 and a letter:
"To avoid any unnecessary inconvenience when depositing or cashing this check, if asked, simply explain that this is a payment from a large online service provider and that the funds were sent to you at your request."
What the hell does that mean? The last 2 checks I withdrew (albeit they were both under $1,000) came from a domestic bank. This one was actually DHL'ed from India but on the check it's printed from a bank in the east coast.
Hmm... we will see the outcome of this when I deposit on Monday.

This is probably from a different processor. I have gotten checks from 5dimes and matchbook with that same message.

Can anyone who has set up a *********** account explain what the process is to set it up for withdrawal?
I haven't withdrawn from Sportsbook before, so it looks like I need to submit a copy of a photo ID and utility bill. Also, it looks like you need to deposit using *** before you can withdraw with it. Is there any other hoops I need to jump through? How long after I set up the *** account can I withdraw?

Just got this email.
" Dear Sir,
We have generated a support ticket to help us track your inquiry. Your ticket code is XXXXXXXXXXXX. Please use this code in any further communication.
We are contacting you in regards to the documents we received for the bank wire. Unfortunately there are several banks to which we are currently unable to process payments, namely Zions Bank, USAA Federal Savings Bank, ING Direct and PNC Bank.
We kindly ask to please send us your banking information from an alternate bank..."
It would be nice of them to tell me what banks are unavailable before they receive the banking info. I wonder how long the list of banks actually is. Anyway, I dont another bank account to do this, so am I stuck trying to get a check payout?

FWIW, I requested a check on TUE 5/12 and received it on MON 5/18. 6 days is pretty damn fast for a free USPS check.
NOTE: I'm not trying to convince anyone to use them, just giving a payment update for anyone who has money there.

I'd lay odds that it will clear just fine, but as I said, I'm not here to convince anyone to use SB, makes no difference to me.

I was told that you have to have an account set up for at least 6 months and withdrawn $1,000 to set up a *** account. I set one up a few months ago. It was a little of a hassle to set up but now all I just withdraw from account and in about 2-3 days the funds are in the *** account. I then have to transfer the money to my linked bank accounts. That's 2-3 days also. But it is aot faster than waiting on a check.

It's only been 29 days, but as expected, the check cleared just fine.

shafted *** are usually put in friday-sunday and get monday. put in monday-thursday and you will get the next day. I put in for a *** late on sunday so basiclly the same as you and for some reason I noticed that in fact they send me a bank wire last night. It has already cleared at my bank!!! My friend also requested *** sunday and he didnt get it yet. Check online your withdrawal history and see if they sent you a wire by mistake they did this to me and are going to refund all the fees so NO big deal to be honest.

*** in my withdrawl history for sure with a "still processing" under the comments section &
"N/A" under date sent section
i haven't registered for the wire option, so i don't think they would go that route.
