well, I am expecting 6000-7000. could this be the reason it is taking this long? Am I the only one who has not received it yet?
It seems so, because cashbacks of hundreds were paid a week ago.

I am calling them every day and they are very confused with why my cashback still was not processed but it seems that some accounts are being checked and mine being one of them. only useful info that I have received is the one from wednesday and that is that there is only one more group of accounts that needs to get processed and it will be processed either today or during the next week. My wild guess that the people with bigger cashback are going through tighter verification and, as everybody else in money business, they probably like to earn interest on that money every month. if there are, and they probably are, a thousand people who are supposed to received the same amount like I am (around 6500) then that makes 6.5 million euros and that is a nice sum to have in a bank for earning interest

you should try to call them to check if you have opted in for the promotion because you said that you did not receive any news from them since the beginning of the promotion and most of the people have

6000-7000? wtf if thats 1% of what you transferred over the promotion period, you're saying you transferred
700k in a approx a month?
who on earth would take action to that amount? i don't think there is any bookie out there that would ever accept a bet even in the high 5 figures, and im assuming you have dispersed the 700k amungst several bookies

Moneybookers is going to start a new promo on September 29. They are switcing to skrill, and they want to make it more recognisable to players.

it was actually 2 months and I deposited to different bookies some 650k. I never said that bookies accept high 5 figures bets ( even they do on EPL for example) but with many deposits/withdrawals I do not think it was that difficult. I was even on holiday for a whole week so it could have been a bit more

I have a question about what qualifies as transferring money using Moneybookers. Does it have to be money transferred to/from your own bank account, or can it be money that you deposit and withdraw from several different sportsbooks? For example, if I transferred $1k to pinnacle, then withdrew to MB and deposited $2k to bet365, etc., is that now $3k total transferred through MB?

this time it was like that, but 2-3 times before that it had to be new money

No wonder it's taking you longer to get paid, if you get paid at all. Sounds like you were "abusing" the promo. Unless you do this all the time and this is normal behavior for you (I assume it's not), they are going to say you abused the promo. I assume it's not a normal 2 months for you to be transferring 650k unless you are betting in the 5figures/unit. They made it very clear in their terms that they didn't want anyone just making deposits and withdrawals for just the sake of this promo.

The sharing of players info by moneybookers is disgusting. I send money thru moneybookers because I am lazy and hate going to the bank to pay off friends make bets.
The fact that me sending to my buddies can be used against me is unfair to say the least. The fact that SBR vouches for it is DISGUSTING.
How the mighty have fallen.

has anyone received their totals points newsletter for the month of october?
I haven't received a newsletter in well over 2 months, I'm aware last month the majority of it was the cashback promo, but it does seem that moneybookers are very slow to send out the latest update on your points, which I am very eager to find out how much I've accumulated!

I am well connected at moneybookers if somebody needs help to set up a new account or to fix a problem with your current account you can pm me. I've helped a lot of US poker players who moved in the last few months.

The Loyalty Club still exists and I received my 1st ever points statement couple weeks ago.
Becoming a VIP is essential, because the level of CS for non-VIP is miserable. No withdrawal fees (both bank transfer and MB **********) and better currency conversion rates are another advantage. If you'll decide to open an account, use this link, please https://www.moneybookers.com/app/?rid=********

Moneybookers is a great service. I'm a VIP which has its advantages but I've only just joined the VIP loyalty programme so can't give you any advice on that.

Both Moneybookers and Neteller are great services and with one or two tiny exceptions, I have had great experiences with both of them. The VIP program for both is OK, to me the biggest benefit is, simply, access to a better standard of customer service.
