Hi,
i'm still waiting to receive my money back( about 250 euros ) since more than 10 days. I used this book for a couple of years and previously they always paid me ( about two times), but this time my withdrawal request is still in pending status and eveytime i contact them by e-mail or livechat, they told me the same automatic shit:
"Dear Customer,
Thank you for contacting us. Your query has been forwarded to the corresponding department and we have received an update that your request is still being processed by our finance department. Please accept our most sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by this delay. We will make sure to notify you once the processing is completed. "
They have all my documents verified, and KYC is successfully completed...what can i do?

Honestly, the best thing you can do is try to sound like you like the book and plan to continue playing there and just keep politely asking them when to expect your money.
They are pretty much a scam site but as you say do pay out occasionally.
