The front page is reserved for stories like "NonAdvertisingBook cuts some guys limits".

Stories such as "BetPhoenix admits to customer that his pending bet disappeared from database", "Hacker loses $7,000 in player's BetPhoenix account by hitting on 19 in Blackjack", "BetPhoenix telling many different lies concerning dozens of slow pays" don't seem to make it.

fwiw i had problems getting a payout recently due to delays in them getting checks out. was able to get ** instead and they took care of the fees. got the money a few days later

It seems I got my 8500 from this company at the perfect time which was about a month ago. I had no problems what so ever.

BP is not a good book IMO, if you're going to play with that family of books I would think you would choose WC over BP but would stay away from the whole family and see how they are doing next football season.

He didn't waste any time at all, talked to the right guys and started to get a consistent cash flow coming in. All my payouts that have been pending for quite sometime are now sitting in my burberry. Well, with all of BP's problems about 2 weeks ago I told them i am cashing my acct out and told them I would wait to play there until they get their act together. On tues May 11. I requested all of my money by way of moneygram (in $850 increments). I had approx $3600 there. I know I'm getting raped with fees but since they cant send checks, my options are limited. After 7 days, I did receive 2 $850 moneygrams yesterday but now Im told that I have to wait 14 more days for my other 2 moneygrams. Seems a little ridiculous to me. Then yesterday I get an email from them about a free $50 casino chip to try their new live casino (I guess they've made some changes). So i called up and asked how to get the casino chip and got transferred to a manager and he told me that I couldnt get the chip because of the bashing I was doing in the forums. What a joke!!! Im the same guy that was praising and endorsing them on this very same forum before all of their problems...Oh well, at least Im getting out!!!

The funny thing is that I was a huge supporter of this place over the past 2 years. When they act honestly, I praise them on the forums, when they lie to their customers, they deserved to be bashed. I really dont care about the $50 chip that you have to roll over a million times. Its all just pretty amusing. So my word of advice is, if you want that $50 chip to play around with, say nice things about the great Betphoenix!!!

Here's my prediction...First of all, its a good thing you inquired with them 10 days after you reqested a check or else you would have waited longer (god forbid they make a phone call to you explaining their problems). They have already bought themselves 10 days. Now you are supposed to get a bank wire...you'll wait approx 10 more days and when you dont receive that (keep in mind that now they have bought themselves 20 days), you'll call them and then they'll offer to start sending you $850 moneygrams (at no charge) until you are paid but the problem is that you can only receive 1 or 2 per week.
