    I have read alot of ppl are goin through same thing but they are giving generic responses the contradicting them was told 6 days a go a manager is adjusting my acct as we speak. Guess from his house cause no managers are never there and nothing g has been adjusted.

    Talked to CS for an update, gave me the same typical answer they have since day 1, we're still working on getting your missing information and it should be fixed in 24-48 hours.

    That's not an acceptable time-frame, and it differs from what we've been told so far. We're pursuing more information and were told that most of the players who have filed complaints were reached out to via telephone for an update. Keep us posted.

    This is true with me as well. They had restored my balance to what it should have been, except for 2 future bets I made. Now, they have the balance again minus my wins from the NFL draft.

    They have emailed, texted and called me easily 10 times today possibly more. Their sales team doing their absolute best to get players to deposit with them who may not know all the issues they are having.

    Anyone got an explanation for returning some of our money and then taking it away again...Perhaps hoping if we have nothing to play with we may deposit again...Hell will freeze over before that's gonna happen.

    To a certain extent I can understand being unable to payout. If balances reverted to where they stood two weeks ago many players would have lost since then, and there actual balance could be higher than it should be. In that case withdrawals might have to be frozen. Haven't seen anyone complaining of extra funds in their account here yet, but why would anyone? In any case this is entire fiasco is rapidly becoming a joke, betting and account info should constantly be backed up to a secure server just as in any other business, to avoid incidences like this.

    I was adjusted last night 800 towards the 1550 they owed me and had 830 balance already from last week. Was told I could cashout 1k today payouts would be working. But have to wait til system for rest. 1 guess at what happened payout option not available generic answer from max gonna forward to processing just more stall tactics.

    This is terrible.

    How can this be going on for multiple weeks?

    If I were SBR, I would downgrade them until this situation gets fixed.

    Losing players data and having zero timetable on when it gets fixed is horrible.

    It is a disservice to new players who don't know the situation and look at the rating.

    Why can't their rating reflect reality?

    Downgrade until they rectify the situation and then upgrade after everything is fixed.

    As of this moment, keeping them where they are, could really screw new players who aren't in the know.

    With this debacle, I would tell people to avoid at all costs.

    That can all change instantly if they ever get it together but their has been no progress at all.

    Yeah I doubt we’ll ever see the money from this place. They seem to do the same thing with everyone, give you about half the take it away. I had $300 in there about a week ago they gave me $150 which I wasn’t going to touch until the full balance was back. And today I checked and it’s gone again. This place is garbage, won’t be playing here anymore.

    You keep asking people to submit claim forms but nothing being done.Not one person chiming back in saying they got paid.Our money is not safe in these places that you are advertising here.Were sick that you have there backs more than us the customer.Its been 2 weeks and nothing getting done.They still contacting people for deposits come on now
