I'd settle for that, I deposited $500 april 24 and got $1000 in freeplays, and of that had $697 remaining on the day of disaster.....But would certaintly settle for $500 and a $1000 freeplay again...

Out of the blue just received a call from Lil, manager at BetPhoenix ( I had only communicated by live chat to this point). She apologized for the situation, and said that $300 in cash would be credited to my account immediately. It would take more time to deal with the missing pending bets. As I have previously said here, $322 in cash was missing, and $375 in winning future bets from the Kentucky Derby.
She mentioned that SBR had been in contact with her, so thanks to them at this point for getting a first step in moving forward. From her description, this was a serious technical issue, and that it will take some time for everything to be resolved.
So in all, a good first step, but obviously will not be fully satisfied until account is fully restored to the proper balance.Comment -
